Had Todd stop by tonight to check out some moisture/mould that I discovered while renovating my basement. He was on time, very professional/knowledgeable and showed up with all the necessary tools to give me a thorough assessment. Would definitely recommend this company!

Todd and his team were very professional and friendly. I received a few quotes regarding the small amount of mould in my basement due to a leak coming from my kitchen drain pipe. Todd’s quote made the most sense and was most reasonable and he made me feel comfortable during the process of figuring out what to do! The job was done quickly and with little to no mess. They put mats down on my newly done hardwood floors just to be safe. They explained about the cleaning solutions they were using as well as the vacuums so I understood what was actually happening... and that the chemicals were safe for my kids to be in the house. My appointment was at 9:00am and they knocked on my door at 9:00am... quite impressive! I would recommend Todd and his team to my friends and family for sure.

We had Todd in our home to help us with a small problem around our sump pump in our basement. He was incredibly professional and thorough. Amazing work! Todd and his team are fast, efficient and great to work with. They fixed 2 issues for me (dog urine and a sewer backup) and I would recommend them anytime. They are also very well priced.

Excellent experience with Todd, we contacted him twice about a potential mould issue in the shower unit. In the first call, he advised us on steps that we could take regarding the smell as there was no visible mould.We followed what he advised us, but also decided to ask him to come out to investigate and provide his expertise. Simultaneously, we had asked for a bathroom quote from a different company which resulted in the guy telling us there is moisture which could result in a 15k bill.Todd came over & did a thorough inspection of the shower, it was very reassuring to have someone give us a fully honest & professional explanation of the issue, and the gravity of the situation. He advised us on what needed to be done - what would be better to leave to the experts and what we could do ourselves.For any future issues or questions, Todd would be our first call.

My unbelievable positive experience began with my conversation with Todd on the telephone. I could tell immediately he was interested in helping me out. I can honestly say that Puroclean is the best service company that we have ever hired to our home. From the first phone call to the moment Todd left our house, we were blown away by the service. We called Puroclean this morning after discovering black mold in our windows; we were concerned about a water leak we had a month earlier and the level of humidity in the home. Todd arrived early at the agreed upon time the same afternoon, in the midst of a snow storm, and he was extremely warm and professional. He looked in all of the areas that we requested and patiently answered all of our questions.
