The cable on one side of my garage door came undone on Saturday night and both of our cars were trapped inside when the door no longer opened. I called CGD garage doors on Sunday morning and the tech was at my home within the hour. He did an inspection and was very informative and upfront with the quote. It was much less than I expected (especially for a Sunday!). He was done within the time estimated, and was very kind and professional. He replaced the springs and cables and our garage door has never been as smooth and quiet as it is now!

My garage door spring broke, I phoned CGD and received service the next day. The tech was right on time, very courteous and talked to me about what happened with my door. He asked a few questions and repaired the door and even serviced the other door. Great service and staff, good experience.

I recommend this company, the technician I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful on what needs to be done on my garage. Sergei was even trying to figure out ways to make the work effective and cheaper for me. I appreciate the good work and how nice my garage door looks like now. Thank you and great job.

They were fantastic to deal with, right from the first call. I was lucky enough that they were able to send a technician over immediately. Segev was great to work with, he was polite, knowledgeable, and very quick. He replaced my motor, fixed a roller on my track, and performed some maintenance on the cables and chains. Overall I was very impressed and have no problem using them again and referring them to anyone.

Very disappointed with them. The technician wanted to chagre me 95 dollar labor per spring and 220$ for each spring itself! When I declined his service, he charged me 10 service fee while many other companies provide free estimate! I got same service from another company in total 400$.

They told me my door was not fixable due to age and style and only a new door @ $2,500 would solve the problem. Another company saw the problem immediately and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The tech we had from CGD was not up to the task and I can't recommend this company.

Our garage door stopped working suddenly. I called and had a tech same-day. He was very professional and great to deal with. He explained the issue and why it happened, and provided options with details. And when my husband arrived from his work he re-explained everything to him as well. We decided to replace the opener and he was able to do that on site without having to book another appointment. We are back to normal in no time. No complaints whatsoever, and I will make sure to recommend this company to everyone.

This is a very great garage door company!!! The receptionist that received my call, Melissa, was so patient and professional to explain the process of getting a technician to my house. The technician, Gilli, is so smart, very professional and fast in fixing my garage door issues. It was very obvious to me that Gilli knows his job. He knew what to do. What another company was going to replace in the door, Gilli was able to repair and fix everything at a very reasonable price. I will always keep this company in mind for any garage door needs in future. Anyone out there, please, feel comfortable to use this company.Thank you so much for your prompt response to my garage door issues.
