Great customer service. Judy was extremely kind and helpful during my visit at pet valu. I was struggle to wash my dog in their self wash station and she graciously helped me. I am very thankful for her help.

Excellent customer service by staff members and the manager. At home, we own 2 dogs, a Chinchilla, a Crested Gecko, a Blue Tongue Skink and a Betta fish and I find food for them all at the store! I have to add that I also like the fact that they carry so many Canadian-made pet food brands.

Not exactly a good experience. Extremely pushy staff member, accompanied with his groupie girls. I must have offended the pet value PRINCE by stating “no I don’t need help” THREE TIMES!! not today. , because I went straight to where I needed to go!
