Coach Corral

We lost our home due to a windstorm and shortly after our home was destroyed we chose Coach Corrall to start exploring what it would cost to replace our home. We met with Doug Fix and he was super helpful when we first engaged him back in the early part of 2023.Fast forward to a couple of months ago, we reached out to Coach Corrall and got ahold of their other salesman, Wade. My wife asked him some basic questions and he was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful.Still we went backbecause we enjoyed working with Doug. We started pricing things out and What we found was overinflated pricing and someone willing to overcharge us in an emergency situation.I’m writing this review because we ended up going elsewhere because Doug stopped communicating with us. No response to text, emails, or calls after our last meeting. I would not trust anything they tell you. Get everything in writing.I would not recommend this organization. They are unprofessional and unkind.

Dissatisfied, None of the homes have names or information or details of any thing inside the units. Pricing, upgrades, name of home???If you go to Homes Direct right down the road, every home has the layout name pricing,description and all appliances, flooring upgrades.

I have been waiting for this day to post about our terrible experience here and how we continued to press forward and make our dreams come true despite the employee at Coach Corral mocking us behind our backs. About a year and a half ago, my family (husband and two young boys) and I went into Coach Corral looking for advice on how to start the process of putting a manufactured home on Orcas Island. Now, we do look really young and maybe to this employee incompetent, but little did he know how hard of workers we are and how we NEVER give up. This company could have made a lot of money from us, but instead this gentleman (not sure of his name but he was an older gentleman) decided to not dedicate his time to answering our questions and was the least helpful person. Also, when he thought we had already left their building, I was actually still in the building helping my son get on his shoes. I heard him laughingly tell one of his employees that he thought we were going to be able to put a home on Orcas Island. Well, here we are today with our house on Orcas Island that we DIDNT purchase from this company but instead purchased it from a company out of Everett (Heritage Homes) that were amazing. There is a reason they have 2.8 stars on Google. Do not go to this place if you are looking for support or look like you don't come from money. Run as fast as you can. Don't even go look. Customer service sucks from sales to repairs. We ordered our home in early 2018 and were told it would be delivered end of October so had our old mobile moved out and got the site ready for the new home. Then the delivery got moved to November and then December. Finally it got delivered Jan 2, 2019. It then sat for two months before they started the process. It took until August when we were finally able to move in. We did the walk thru came up with an agreed to list of issue. Most were not major issues except two - the floor at the joint is uneven in several areas and very visible in one place and the metal roof ridge cap was smashed down in various areas during install. We have waited and pesisted to get those two items fixed. Got minimal response until today I got this Your ridge cap though not beautiful is keeping the rain out and is acceptable and I've done all I can do with your floors". I've attached pictures of a couple of the issues with the ridge cap. So doing walk through and having an agreed to list with unacceptable issues doesn't mean anything with Coach Corral. I've had previous experience with having a home built and never did I get this type of comment on issues found on a walk thru. Extremely poor service. AGAIN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I have heard great info on Heritage Homes in Everett from a few friends who purchased their homes there. I'm sure as with other negative posts the owner will dispute my comments."

take a look and see about pricing and processes etc. really was blown off completely. Was told they had no interest in selling to us because that’s not where their money comes from and was extremely cocky about how much money he makes. Didn’t offer us a tour or answer any questions. Really disappointing really. Will look elsewhere but had fun looking around with my husband.

I cannot get anyone to call me back- I spoke with Doug and gave him my info and tried to set an appointment. He told me to email him the properties I was interested in and that we would discuss at our appointment, but he would not commit to the appointment. I have reached out to him multiple times with no response. I then left a message for another salesman, Phil... no response! We are already preapproved! This is the second Fleetwood dealer we have tried to work with. I’m thinking this is a sign...Edited to respond to their response:We had our financing secured prior to reaching out to this outfit, as my original review stated. This goes to show their professionalism and business sense. Perhaps their ability to read and comprehend is questionable, or they just don’t care. We ended up purchasing 5 acres and a beautiful home- NOT through Coach Corral. They have 3 stars on google for a reason.

My experience was weird, they fired the salesman I was dealing with, and I had to call the company to say I wasn't happy I was not getting any feed back from my salesperson. The response from the gentleman on the other line, oh um let me forward you to somebody, that's how I found out.

Keith Padgett is a total lair, we agreed on price for house and land, 3 months in to the build,he raised the price by $50,000 , then when we asked, when is fence being installed, which was included in our purchase price original, no said with cost of material s going up, he couldn't built fence for the new price ,which now is $536,000 plus $40,000 more money for fence, which was originally in the price of $486,000. If we had said yes the cost of our new home would now be $586,000, I then decided that this was a ploy to get money money for our new home. I requested my $50,000 deposit back. The bottom line is, you can't trust Coach Corral in anyway, they don't stand behind the written purchase order, I would suggest to anyone visiting Coach Corral, Don't visit them. I have also notified the Better Business Buraeu of this.Again buyer be aware of doing business with them.Dale C Marston

Beautiful interiors and so many options, it's the fun of a brand new home but not as much hastle. The owners have people to help with all the steps and so far we are excited to start looking for land. Looking at the models convinced us they look as beautiful as a stick built home so far, in my opinion.

We bought a pretty basic little 3 bedroom and had one bedroom turned into a porch. We elected to do the permitting and ground work ourselves.The good: Doug is a really friendly guy and easy to work with if you’re willing to stay on top of things. I believe that he genuinely cares about customers and wants everyone to have a good experience. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. We have our house now and we love it and the price is right.The bad: With the exception of Doug, no one on staff was very good at communicating. We ended up 6 weeks behind schedule and no one could even tell us what was going on or bothered to talk to us until we got mad and then Doug came back into the picture. After that things went fairly well.My verdict: I’d work with them again but I’d go into it knowing I have to stay on top of the situation and keep things moving.
