Good luck catching them on a day they actually open the store.

I went there to get my ears pierced and they got infected twice. Thanks to them, I am no longer getting my ears pierced there ever again.

I go to Claire’s probably once a week to buy new earrings and they have amazing sales. There’s been this middle aged (possibly a bit older) women that has been cashier the last few weeks. Whenever I’m there she seems to follow me around the store, ALWAYS offer to hold my stuff and makes multiple comments. I know what proper customer service is and this is not it. I 100% think she believes I’m stealing all the time. It’s not just me who’s had this issue, a few of my friends too. I went there to buy a hair clip for my prom and she blankly asked me if I was going to “pay for that”. Like, what? Anyways this lady should not be working there, she is extremely rude and will not let me shop appropriately.

I took my 6 y.o. daughter to get her ears pierced at Claire's and I was so happy for the outcome. The young lady, I think her name was Alexis, was super nice the whole time, very friendly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable. She was working by herself at that time. Although it was so busy, (it was 3 days before Christmas so the mall was very packed), she managed to multitasked by herself, and was happy doing it, she never complained the whole time I was talking to her. I wish every customer attendant is like her.

Dont go here. Some of the staff are very incompetent and should not be piercing anyone let alone a child.

Our 9 year old had her ears pierced at this location. I was a bit nervous because she get panic attacks. But the lady who helped us managed to kept her calmed and at ease by asking Christmas questions. We were all very happy with the outcome. No tears, quick and painless. Very professional. Thank you ❤️

I was at Claire’s on august 15 10 minutes before it was going to close and the lady working was so rude to my daughter and me as well I didn’t like her attitude at all please don’t come here if you want to be treated with manners and kindness
