Excellent service by Joon Kim. He was patient, listened well to my needs, and cared about what fits for me. I will surely recommend others about this place and visit again for my optical needs.

The frame leg of my glass is broken, so I called them just to ask around, then went there bought a new pair around noon. And the new glasses is ready to pick up later that day. The SAME DAY. I mean, we don't get a lot of this in Canada

Customer service was excellent. I had some issues with giving them wrong prescription for glasses and getting glasses sent in again was no problem even though I was I over 30 day warranty. The service representative was very helpful and understanding. Prices were affordable and frames are very fashionable. Highly recommended going to Mujosh for any glasses needs!

Mr. Kim and his staff provided me very good services and attitudes during my 3 times visits and buying lenses. I strongly recommend them to everyone who need to get a proper service. Thank you Kim.

Poor customer service and experience. There was no one present on the sales floor and we actually had to go and wake up the sales associate from the back room in order to inquire about the availability of the glasses on display. Joon Kim seem not to understand us very well and told us the glasses we had wanted to purchase was out of stock, although he found then IN STOCK, after checking the system. We wanted to buy just the frames and he was very pushy telling us we were buying the wrong lenses. Due to such POOR customer service with Joon Kim taking an excruciatingly long time, we did not purchase the frames.

Hands down the most unpleasant and unacceptable experience I have ever had in a store, to the extent this is my first google review. If I could urge you strongly to reconsider spending your money in a store where the staff is so discriminatory I would encourage you to look at other eyewear options. My 20 month old at the low height level that she is, tried on 4 pairs of glasses (putting one pair on myself). She did not, bend or break in ANY capacity any of the eyewear - as I would never tolerate that behaviour from her. I am visibly 9 months pregnant, exhausted and with a complete lack of compassion Joon Kim treated me as if I was a criminal in the store. If she breaks them

Our experience with Joon Kim was great! Really fun and outgoing individual who made us feel welcomed unlike the staff at the other Mujosh locations who always seem uninterested in working there and barely help their customers. Joon Kim really stood out to us and helped us pick out a frame according to our facial features and personal interests. He was very honest which made us really comfortable in purchasing our frames from him. Their Hillcrest location is definitely top tier, Will definitely be returning!

Good experiences, they have best professional service that i never see before. The glasses are in style and good qualited. Ten stars experience!
