Irene and Natasha are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy audiologists. My mother has been having difficulty with her hearing aids for years and has had limited success. We brought her to The Hearing Room and the girls did a thorough test, and fit her with new hearing aids. She says this is the first time she has heard so well in over 10 years. I would highly recommend Natasha and Irene if you are looking for a positive experience with hearing aids. Thank you again!

I visited The Hearing Room today to discuss a set of custom protective ear plugs. I arrived with many many questions, all of which were answered. It was really nice to feel totally confident in the information given to me.I chose what type of ear protection I needed, had my ears cleaned, two custom molds made, and now look forward to wearing the plugs in about two weeks.Great service all around. Thank you...a great experience.

Irene Nicholaou is amazing with wax removal! I have always had problems with ear wax and she was first person to be able to remove ALL of the wax. She is very gentle and a lovely person. I would recommend her to anyone who has issues with ear wax.

Just visited the Hearing Room in Oshawa. I have been to many business and services over the years and never felt more comfortable than what I felt at the hearing room. Natasha was wonderful to deal with as she listened to my concerns and gave me several options. I highly recommend this location for your hearing needs.

Being older, when I first saw how young the ladies looked, I was skeptical but let me tell you, they sure know their stuff. The staff of the Hearing Room are extremely knowledgeable about their technology and their products. I have been a rather crabby customer because I'm not happy about having to wear a hearing aid but they have made the transition seamless. Their after sales care is superior...in fact, I would say it is highly uncommon in today's marketplace. Their customer service is bar none. They are very flexible, friendly and highly skilled. I sincerely recommend The Hearing Room to anyone in Durham Region.

Had a appointment to have my wax removed from my ears ,when i arrived was greeted by a very nice receptionist letting me know who would be helping me and how long i would have wait ,which was was not long at all .once i was in the office and was seen i was told i did not need the service I was there for ,i was pleasantly surprised and thank her very much ,what a fantastic staff ,i will be back and i highly recommend the Hearing Room on Thornton in oshawa

I had a wonderful experience at the Hearing room! The service was exceptionally fast, easy and convenient for my fast paced lifestyle. Dr. Irene contacted me right away after work as I was looking to book an appointment but she insisted that I come in to see her right away so I did... and I was amazed at the service! Very professional, very convenient and super friendly, calm atmosphere! Anyone who goes to the Hearing room will not be sorry! Thank you Dr. Irene for helping me hear clearly again! I really can't thank you enough!
