Paw & Order

We had such an amazing experience with Paw & Order. Not only were the owners and staff incredibly professional and friendly, but also provided our chocolate lab with the utmost care, love, and attention during his week long stay. We were also provided progress reports and pictures throughout the week. The facilities are well maintained, clean, and safe. Thank you again to the staff for taking such good care of our baby. We will always recommend your services to friends and family.

Zephyr had a great stay at Paw & Order! The team took great care of him. He was a happy and tired boy when we kicked him up!

We are SO grateful to have the team at Paw & Order to leave our Finn with when we have to leave him! He started out doing some individual days before we had to leave him for any overnights (he's a velcro dog!). He loves every minute he's there and comes home happy and nicely tired out. We just recently left him for 5 days for the first time ever, and he was so well taken care of...we appreciate the updates, photos of the pups having a blast, and the report cards. I HIGHLY recommend Paw & Order...I wouldn't take him anywhere else!

We have been loyal P&O customers for years. Our previous two dogs loved going to paw and order for boarding, and our new pup Dallas loves it just as much. It’s reassuring that we can go away and not worry a single moment about whether or not he’s being cared for by true professionals. The 1.5hr round trip journey is well with it for us. We have 100% trust and faith in P&O!! We recommend them to everyone we know.

I will only board my sweet boy, Guinness, at Paw and Order. If they are not available (which has not happened to us), I would cancel my plans as I would not leave him overnight with any other boarding facility. Guinness receives the best and most professional care. I never worry that he is not being cared for and loved when I leave him at Paw and Order. He is a very loved member of our family and deserves the best care which he gets at Paw and Order. Stephanie and her staff are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and understand the psychology of our canine family members. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely fantastic!! So nice to know how good of care our girl is getting while we were away. Even with a 2 day flight delay, they were so accommodating and fully understanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paw and Order!

Paw & Order is wonderful! I have been taking my Havi puppy there for training and he had an overnight stay. They take such great care of him and he is always happy and tired from a day of play there. I was nervous to leave him at a kennel but these folks truly care about the well being of dogs. I’m very confident in their care of my dog.

I was incredibly nervous to send my two pups, Lily and Marshall, to stay at Paw & Order for two weeks. While Lily is very outgoing, Marshall is a very quiet and anxious dog who had to that point little exposure to other dogs and was basically scared of his own shadow. I truly wasn't sure if a kennel type environment was the right thing for him. When I expressed this to Paw & Order they suggested a practice run for Marshall, and my fears were realized when I dropped him off and he refused to get out of the car and was demonstrably terrified of his surroundings.Having said this, when I went to pick him up he bounded out gleefully, and when dropping him off for his two week stay he could NOT WAIT to get out of the car and barely looked back as he ran inside. I think this says it all!!!Paw & Order is a wonderful place to send your pets. I truly believe they care for each and every dog as an individual and cater to their specific needs. Kiana and Stephanie specifically were amazing at walking me through how they would care for Lily and Marshall and answered every question or concern I had. My dogs had an absolutely amazing time!I think the only downside that I was worried about is that you need to pay for picture updates of your dogs, other places I've had previous pets stay will do this at certain increments (usually 3 days) during longer stays free of charge. I did, however, receive a free picture update from them after the first day letting me know that they had settled in well which I was delighted about and the team were generally very responsive when I reached out to check in. I can understand the need for a fee when you want guaranteed pictures etc as that way they can make it a priority to deliver.All in all I feel that Lily & Marshall were not only well cared for, but they came back as happier, more well rounded dogs (especially Marshall) and they were definitely tired!!!I would absolutely send my dogs to Paw & Order again and highly recommend them to any pet owner. I'm sure they cannot wait for their next visit!!

I have a reactive dog that needs extra time and space when getting to know new humans. Paw & Order has taken the time and slow approach needed so my Arty can feel comfortable and safe when he's not with me when I travel. I can leave him knowing he's going to be understood and treated well and gets so much love that it allows me to be able to relax. Such a great place and so glad I found them!!

Molly has gone to Paw and Order for 10 years. She started in training there as a puppy and regularly stayed for daycare and overnights. This was her first stay in 4 years due to Covid and not travelling. I was a bit uneasy as sometimes she falls now and she has little lumps that come and go. She wasn’t her younger dog self and wanted to sleep some instead of join in and play but I expected that. I’m so happy this is accommodated and each dog is cared for in the way they need! Even though I was concerned how Molly would make out, I was not at all worried about her. I knew she’d be well loved and cared for and she was!! Even though she hasn’t been in 4 years, she still sat up as we were approaching the driveway and was looking and excited like she knew what was up! I’m writing this review the day after pickup and she’s very tired but healthy and happy. I’d never send her anywhere else but Paw and Order.
