Glassford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Limited

I called this dealership stating exactly what part I needed. The dealership indicated that they had it in stock and would set it aside for me. All other dealerships in london did not have it in stock. After driving an hour to Ingersoll to buy the part and driving an hour home to the garage that was fixing my vehicle I learned that the dealership sold me the wrong part. I had to drive another hour back to return the part and an hour home again. Not impressed especially when they indicated they had the proper part.

Amazing service from start to finish. Ordering a new jeep was easy and updates along the way kept us excited. All questions got a answer. Once in, everything was simple and done within a reasonable time frame. They delivered my jeep right to me. Even lugged the box the soft top comes in into my garage. We are very happy customers!! Kurt our sales guy is top notch. Definitely reccomend Glassford any day!!

I was travelling to Kitchener on Saturday and my car started making a very loud noise on the highway. I stopped in Ingersoll and I tried to find a local business that was open and was having very little luck. I contacted the service department at Glassford and asked if they could take a look at my vehicle. The service manager Cody said they were closing but I had called just in time and they would take a look for me. I have to say that it was the best customer service I have experienced. Everybody was so kind to me and my daughter. Offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. Once they detected the issue they took me out to my vehicle and showed me the problem and offered me a couple of solutions. They fixed my vehicle very quickly. I wanted to say thank you again to Cody and to the person who worked on my vehicle (sorry I didn't get your name) I can't thank you enough for all your help and staying open for us. I appreciate you making my vehicle safe to drive for me and my daughter. I highly recommend the service department at Glassford in Ingersoll. Wonderful service and very kind people.
