purchased a BRAND NEW ram 3500 from this sorry excuse for a dealership back early nov 2022.it lasted 6 whole days and a hair over 10000kms on the clock before the transmission died and left me stranded on the highway. now if youre reading this in the future today is june 2, 2023 now 7 months since my truck went into the dealership to be repaired. i still do not have the truck back. the dealership doesnt call in to check in on the status of said truck no instead this dealership calls me and asks why i havent brought it back for the first oil change/service.it took 3 months of fighting with head office before i was given a rental and kyle my salesman at the time was of absolutely zero help from the start even when trying to purchase the truck the finance lady was infinitely more helpful then he was.if i could give zero stars i would. dont buy from this dealer and if given the option id stay away from the brand entirely as head office is just as helpful

Great place too buy a vehicle.Kyle is knowledgeable of all vehicles. Caroline is an excellent person with I imagine with decades of experience. We have bought 2 vehicles from Jerry Pfeil this year thank guys from all of us at the QUALITY CONCRETE INC FAMILY

Small town feel, upfront and honest... this is not a big fancy dealership, but the cars are the same, I honestly felt that I was treated fairly and given a fair price for the new car and my trade. I am very critical of car dealerships, but this little gem of a dealership really came through with its nostalgic like charm, great selection and personalized service. We laughed, we joked around, and I felt I got a GREAT deal on a new truck!Update: Picked up my new truck today... WOW Kyle, Caroline, Jerry and Adam were awesome (sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman behind the parts counter). I could not be happier with my new truck and the smooth process. I was going to buy a 2018 RAM 3500 and spoke with Kyle Costa in sales. Everything looked good. When I asked about the new tires which were installed I was told they were the Goodyear Wrangler AT which was a good quiet" tire that he used on the Jeep models and would be fine on the truck. I then went to the Goodyear site and checked to verify only to discover that these were not rated for the 3500 model as they are not designed for that size of truck. When I spoke with him letting him know of my concerns he did admit I was correct but would not install the proper tires. I then informed him the deal was off. Not sure why the dealer would install that tire except the cost could be a big factor. Its a real shame that this dealers can do this and will sell that truck to someone ...."

Brought my new to me Jeep renegade last Friday and we are very happy with how smoothly everything went. Salesperson Kyle was great to deal with and helped us with everything we asked about. Caroline in the finance department was very helpful as well. This is a dealership that I did not know about prior to this but would recommend it to others.
