Hourglass Lake Trail Head
One of our favorite hikes. New outhouse at trailhead and one more at the lower Lake (this one is an open air green plastic kind) hike up is amazing now in the burn scar, very different from a couple years ago. So many fish in the first lake. The scree hike up to the upper Lake is totally worth it, what a magical place. Our trip to the top lake was a little over 10km round trip. It was amazing. 650m ish of elevation change in total.

Nice hike, the stark black of the burnt trees against the fresh green foliage, makes a surreal experience!
