Vice Plumbing and Drains

When I called about my drain being clogged Chris was there the next day and walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on when they dug my front property up. Chris is down to earth and so easy to deal with !!

Vice Plumbing changed my sewer main from inside my house to the property line. Chris was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and had lots of experience. The job went well and was completed in one day as agreed upon. Everything was cleaned up and no materials or garbage were left behind. He included a new backwater valve and added in a new clean-out for future. Great experience, I will definitely contact them again if I have any other plumbing needs.

One evening we suddenly had water overflowing in the shower and the basement. In a panic went on Google and found Vice Plumbing. Was very surprised when an actual person answered the phone (no answering service, no please leave a message). It was actually Chris the owner. Explained the situation and he assured me that they would be here within the hour. They showed up in record time, assessed the situation and on the spot came up with a plan and quote. After assuring us that we were stable for the night he then booked us in the next day to start the job. The work was done to perfection!! Chris and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and the work was done within the time frame and quote as promised. I'd also like to note that they always made sure that the area was clean every day when they left. He kept us up to date on their arrival and would give us an end of day update when the day was done. This was a sewer collapse so it was no quick or easy fix. Contacted Chris at vice plumbing. Had a a sewer backup. Chris showed up right away. Was super professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Within an hour we had a working sewer and a happy client. Thanks so much Chris !Highly recommend Vice!!
