They really work to lead the way with advancing technology and techniques, providing more and better options for addressing my teeth/jaw concerns that were less than optimally addressed earlier in my life. Willing to answer questions and problem solve to find the best solutions for me!

Amazing clinic! Dr Wallace is by far the kindest, most personable dentist I've ever had the pleasure to experience. Due to some serious dental issues, I've had to book in quite a few appointments with him. He truly cares about his patients, and it shows. He is willing to work with you when finances matter. All the staff there is amazing. From the moment you enter the clinic until you leave, it's excellent client care. I highly recommend.

Been having very upsetting Dental issues as of this year. Had major concerns and Dr Wallace immediately reached out to address them. Can't think of any other dentist that cares deeply for his patients. Can never thank him and the staff of Aura Dental enough

I am a student of dental hygiene. As part of my course requirements, I am required to shadow a dental hygienist in practice. Since the first time I contacted them, they have welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to shadow them on short notice. The sincere appreciation of this review goes to Hygienist Monique for explaining how the process works in private practice and for her outstanding chairside etiquette with the client. It has been a pleasure working with her. Dr. Wallace deserves special recognition for being such an exceptional mentor. Being welcomed so warmly and seeing his compassion for his employees make me look forward to working there.

The building itself is aesthetically pleasing, clean and has up to date equipment. The staff that I have encountered are amazing; they are welcoming, friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

I called at 210pm today for an emergency appointment and they had me booked in for 240 and I've never been to the clinic before, the dentist was the first I have seen in 20 years who didn't shame me due to the extensive damage to my teeth due to a rare birth defect. Compassionate staff all the way around and I will certainly be sticking to Aura going forward. 10/5 stars

I came here for the first time, I booked full check up appointment for 18 April at 5pm and I waited there for 1 hr 27 mins to see a doctor. Doctor was busy with a patient's teeth obstruction. Dr did a quick look not even touch my mouth properly then he said there was nothing wrong and only checked one tooth which has a crack he said. I asked him and his assistant nurse twice that I booked full checkup he just checked my one tooth in 3mins..I explained same thing at receptionist when they charged me $53 for limited checkup without doing anything. She said book a another appointment and when you will visit that will be free of cost. She will add a note. When I asked why did you waste my 2 hours, I booked for full checkup. She talked with doctor and he said I refused for full checkup. She also said the doctor was busy to with other operations.   I said why I would refuse for full check up? I booked a slot for a full check up that would be covered by my insurance but a limited checkup is not covered for me. I would never recommend anyone to visit this clinic again.Update: Dr. Wallace (owner) have reached out to me and discussed with me about my experience above. I appreciate your time and understanding of my frustration.

I have moved myself and my 2 children from a different clinic to this clinic and have had good experiences with the clinic until my appointment today. I called last week to book my appointment for a cleaning this week. I got an appointment for 1:40 today, then the same day they called back and gave me some different date and said they could get me in earlier. I told them that time and date does not work for me. They said they would call me if they could get me in earlier, which I never requested for an earlier appointment. I asked if I was still book for today at 1:40, Oct 4, they said yes. They attempted to confirm an appointment for today with me yesterday but I was working all day and did not have great reception to call them. I showed up today for my appointment to be told they have gave my appointment away because I did not call them to confirm. For one I was never told that this is what their clinic do if you don't confirm then appointment will be canceled. They told me they could try to accommodate me and I told them it's ok I could rebook. It was now 1:46. They said it's ok we could get you in. I said was my appointment still going to be 1hr long? They said their cleaning time is 50mins long. I kid you not, I got to the room and the cleaning starts at 1:50 pm and done by 2:20 pm and walking out, I was home by 2:30. Like wow! Not 50mins and she kept spraying water on my face like she was rushing. I already told them I would rebook, they should have never rushed me through and short me on my cleaning time. I will be seeking a different clinic.Update: I just wanted to provide an update on the situation. Dr. Wallace Truong (owner of the clinic) have reached out to me and discussed with me about my experience above. He spent over 30mins talking to me and wanted to make things better and provided some explanation. He had offered to book me for the next cleaning free of charge. Thank you for your time and understanding of my frustration. Even though I have never seen you as my dentist, but I can see why your patients have great things to say about you.
