Cheaters - they say that have special filters. There is no such thing and they charge so much for it ($>200). You can buy a filter at Home or Reno Depot for a much cheaper price with good size membrane for filtering. You do not need their special electrostatic 'gold' - it is a scam!

I always appreciate a good deal and for $169.99, you can't really go wrong for a complete duct cleaning. I had no problem with contacting someone and they were very accommodating to my schedule as I am on a very tight schedule. They arrived when they were scheduled and I didn't have to wait around for anyone to arrive when they felt like they wanted to. They called the day before to confirm the appointment (which was good because I forgot to make a note of it in my calendar). Eric was very efficient and he took care of all the cleanup, it even looked better than when he arrived. He was very thorough and efficient and everything works great once again! I'll be contacting them next time without a doubt.

Have had a similar experience to other reviewers. They do not answer their phone or return calls. I have called more than 50 times over a 5 month battle to get them here. They have no-showed on two separate occasions. I can no longer take them seriously. I would agree that it does not appear to be a legitimate business if they regularly treat their customers this way. Perhaps the positive reviews are from days gone by or from their employees themselves to boost up the company. I don't understand how they conduct themselves this way. It is not right and people should contact L'office de protection de la consommateur if they have also been treated in this way. Stay away from this company if you value your hard earned money and time and quite frankly your stress level! Use a legit company instead.

So far I am not impressed with this company's service. I bought a coupon for their service via Living Social Deal. The technician was supposed to pass by at a certain time yesterday. Two hours later and he still hasn't showed up. When we finally called, he didn't even apologize and had the affront to state that he show up. Doesn't that go against the notion of making an appointment? We'll see next how it goes next week.

Great job done by Air Fraicheur Plus for my duct cleaning, clean and professional... Purchased a groupon for their services, they did not deliver what was described in the offer, not even close. They were supposed to clean and disinfect the air ducts, but all they did was vacuum the air vents with a shop-vac. I placed a complaint, they offered to reschedule to do the job correctly, but on the new date, they never showed up, when I called, they told me that I had to pay another 299$ in advance to get what was included on my original groupon, and that is why the truck never left the office.They do not have phone customer service, it is impossible to escalate or talk to a supervisor.Thieves and liars, stay away from them.

It took them weeks to return my calls to book an appointment, then didn't even show up for it. Haven't heard from them since. I am definitely not letting these people into my house. Unfortunately, I had pre-paid through Living Social and they refused to give me my money back. Poor customer service on both ends, a company and a website I will no longer deal with, that's for sure!

Great service at a very competitive price. The technicians where very nice and professional they got here on time and showed us the before and after pictures of our ducts and explained us the process of their work. Something I appreciate very much since most company's don't show their work.Would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I recently purchased a deal for air vent cleaning at Air Fraicheur Plus and while they were initially pleasant to deal with and did show up to clean the vents - they ended up up-selling me for an expensive new air filter that DOES NOT FIT. Every time my heater comes on the filter makes a very loud thud because the filter is too small and is therefore both ineffective and extremely irritating. I thought that if I called they would come to replace it with one that fits or give me my money back but after speaking to them several times they have not called me back as promised and it is evident that they don't care. BEWARE IF THEY TRY TO SELL YOU THEIR NEW FILTER, MAKE SURE IT IS THE RIGHT ONE BECAUSE THEY WON'T BE RETURNING YOUR CALLS IF IT ISN'T.

Booked with this company through a Dealfind deal. They did not show. They now refuse to return my phone calls, or my emails. This is a scam. Companies like this should not be supported.
