Mediocre establishment overall, although Melvin balls does approve. I would love to get the mullet ponytail combo shown off by the fine gentlemen above. that shnizel looks ILL!!

Great service at great price. Staff is personable and engaging. And, as the name suggests, they do beards. I'm well pleased with what Chelsea wrung out of the patchy mess of hair that sits on my jaw.

I had to wait for an hour or so....but so worth it. I had very long hair and wanted a specific cut. Chelsea took her time (and hour) and gave me the best cut I have ever had. She did not rush although there was others waiting. Trimmed my beard etc. Amazing. Low price...but I doubled it.

I've been to this place 4 times, 3 times I've had my hair cut with Mark if I dont confused his name, he's always done an excellent job. I got a haircut today with the girl from Toronto and I can say that she did a pretty decent job, but she screwed it up when she decided to slap me 7-8 times in a row on the back of my neck to show that she was excited about my cut. I still have her fingers marked on my neck, I think she didn't do it with bad intentions, but the damage is already done, I would definitely cut my hair with her again, but I'll tell her not to do it again.Update (I have since returned to the Max Barber business and the girl did an excellent job and did not make the last mistake).

Excellent haircut for cash only. Your time is not at a premium, but your hair is. I went in looking like a bear and came out looking like a gentleman, and I have Chelsea to thank.As with every excellent barber I've ever been to, she cut my eyebrows without asking. Would patronize again.

Best haircut by far! Highly recommend this place! I have been to majority of the barbers in town. This place is always consistent with the cuts! Reasonably priced as well.
