I shopped around and saw that they offer the best rates anywhere downtown. The guy who helped me explained things to me that I didn't know before and went out of his way to get me information that I needed. Courteous guy, kind and seemed honest and sincere. I have been here a few times because they are always helpful and most importantly, best rates! No fees either!!! Other places scam you with fees and charges that normally they shouldn't even be charging you.

I kind of can't believe I'm reviewing a currency exchange place, but I've been here twice and both times the service has been very good, very honest and they offer the best rates I've found in town. Exchanging almost $3000, I saved $100 going here instead of my personal banking institution. That adds up quickly. And their St. Catherine st. location is very convenient to where I work. It's kind of a great little place. I didn't catch the cashier's name but it was the attractive brunette. She's very patient and kind. She also helped me exchange $10k before which required some extra work on their part. But it was all seamless and easy.

I had a great experience exchanging US to Cad dollars here. There is no fee associated with exchanging. For everyone giving a negative review about getting a quote on the phone versus in person, rates change every minute.The person on the counter was professional and very knowledgeable.

They are liar and wast your time , please don't work with them. they wast my time for a few days and nothing even he insult me, based on what they said at the beginning they didn't do their job! It was worst experience ever!
