Moved in about a year ago after a tough time in my life. Lorena made the transition really easy and comfortable. She has always been prompt, professional and courteous when responding to any issues that arise. Location is amazing as well. Right by the beach and hiking trails.

Our superintendent, Lorena, is amazing. I would say that the apartment is huge and great rate considering what is available in Barrie. Being right near the water is great too!We have only had a few unforeseen issues with the apartment and Lorena was so quick to make things right! We have no complaints.
