Circle K

Store is neat and clean. the selection of items is lacking. I have never had an issue with the staff, they are polite. could be a good store if they stocked a little more verity of snacks. Drink selection is good.

Usually decent customer service, but as of late there's a girl there who sits on her phone the whole day (even while the store is open), and then takes several long breaks where doors are locked and she waves customers off. This is the third time this has happened to me. Management needs to have a talk with that cashier.

This is the closest location to me that has a coinamatic kiosk , which is ALWAYS broken. I phone, they say its working, walk 2km, and it's out service. Pathetic! Had that machine been working , I would have spent more money there. Some of the staff are as..oles too. Loose the attitudes.

The other night there was a sign on the door, “bathroom break, 15 minutes.” Totally fine, waited outside in the cold while you could visibly see cashier behind the cash register on his laptop. I finally decided after 15 minutes and 5 or 6 customers read the sign and went elsewhere to call the store to see when his break was finished. He forgot to take down the sign. Annoyed I grabbed the items I wanted. One required a coupon from the Circle K Premium Pass. The cashier scanned it and my item telling me it didn’t work.Next morning I go in, grab a coffee and decide to use a different coupon and another excuse as to why I couldn’t use the coupons. I moved out of the way to help another customer. The new cashier snapped at me and I said I would try a different one, but continued to yell at me, didn’t ring one of my items through and continued to scream at me further. The store is always dirty, poorly stocked and the cashiers are the rudest people ever!

That teenager you all hired just locks the door and hides behind the desk literally just waving customers away. Not sure how you’re supposed to make money if he doesn’t let anyone in. I stop here just about everyday after work and this kid hasn’t let me in once and it’s well before close.

I just had to leave a review for this place because of it's bathroom. Everything is super clean, well stocked, and in working order. Even the blow dryer was strong and warm. It's not very often that going to a gas stations bathroom is a pleasant experience.

ZERO STARS! Terrible experience At the 107 ave location, in edmonton. I had just left the circle k store, when I was jumped by two men, who wanted to rob me.. when I managed to run away from them, i got to the door of the store but did not have time to get it open when the 2 men caught up to me and started pummeling me, right in front of the door. I was getting mugged, right in front of a circle k, with at least 6 people inside (including the staff) watching. And you know what they did? They locked the door on me, and let me get beat up outside.... I couldnt believe the level of cowardice i was seeing. The actions of the staff at this store were absolutely despicable. I've not been to this location before, but I am disgusted with circle k now. I did not expect them to get involved but I did also did not expect to be locked out, while they stood by, watching this occur.. extremely bad form. ZERO STARS.

They say they are open 24/7 but I was told at the door, around 3 AM, that they were closed and only open at 6 am. This is not the first time. They should not be alowed to advertise 24/7 service.

Says 24 hours but it's a lie went att 7 41 am and the guy doing nothing just sitting at the cash register said it was closed
