Everyone is so caring and friendly. Not only are Drs. Eisen, Jason and Costa excellent and skilled doctors, they truly care about their patients and make each one feel important and cared for. Nurse Vicky is so caring and wonderful, and I can’t say enough good things about Jen. You simply won’t find a better group of highly skilled and friendly people anywhere else. It’s always a pleasant experience coming to the Barrie Smile Centre. It’s easy to access, clean and bright, staff is wonderful, and processes (paying, appointments, etc) is super easy. I’ve highly recommended BSC since my initial patient exam in 2022. Excellent in every way!

I chipped my front tooth Saturday night while watching the leafs game. My girlfriend was to embarrassed to be seen with me until I got it fixed! It was a great experience. Being a new patient, they had a video for me to watch to show what to expect. I never had such a thorough examination before. They have all the latest technology making it much easier. I’m a nervous patient, but they had some tricks and tips for me to help relax. I can honestly say I really did enjoy the visit.

The Barrie Smile Centre and Dr Jimmy were professional, caring and understanding and met the special needs of my brother. They accommodated his every need to assess his dental care. The facility was able to treat him in his wheel chair. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a client.
