I will start saying how friendly the staffs here. We applied for walk in passport & was finished in just 3 hours. What really amazed me is that I did so many mistakes with our applications, but the staffs are friendly and helpful by correcting us. I’m so impressed with the service as well, passport came in just 2 weeks (non-urgent)

I was there at 6:40 am to wait to get a passport. Building Doors open at 8:15 waited inside for 15 min until tho office doors open at 8:30. Everyone was professional and kind. I didn’t have an appointment I was going as a walk in. Because I was first in line I was seen right away and was out by 9am. Tracey was amazing quick and efficient. My overall experience was great.

Seems the government is finally catching up with passport applications. I arrived at 8:15am and was third in line (helped it was -22C outside so less people) and didn’t have to wait out in the cold. Once they opened at 8:30, I was able to see an agent right away. Was told my passport should take about one month to receive and was all done the application in just under an hour. The government bureaucracy is ridiculously slow but the people working here are doing their best.

From security to check-in to the actual agents, everyone was very warm, welcoming and friendly. The staff at the sign in desk were particularly very kind and encouraging, as well as understanding. They're honest about wait times, which varies depending on time, amount of people on the queue, and available agents, and their passionate and enthusiastic demeanors definitely helped eliminate a lot of my own personal stresses about the experience.

I have recently been here. The staffs there were so kind and friendly. They just informed me about what I needed to know and gave me the service in a few minutes. I didn't even had to wait for long. I waited only like 20 minutes before my call. And I think that's reasonable cause there were so many people at the time. Besides, i went there with no appointment. But still I was able to get the service well. Thank you service canada.❤️☺️

The staff here were incredibly polite and efficient. I would recommend getting there before it opens though - there was already a line of people when I arrived at 8:15! Five minutes walk from the Banff Trail C-Train is a plus too, though there is parking if you plan on driving there.

Everyone nice and friendly. Andrea very nice and patient to explain to me. Waiting time. It’s little bit long and packing is full. I was there to renew my passport. Thank you so much Andrea! Keep good work!

Staff is incredibly polite and helpful. They try their best to let you know realistic wait times for passport applications. I was quite impressed with the overall experience! I would recommend this office if your not looking for a rush for your passport application.
