Horrible customer service, staff was outright rude and condescending for no apparent reason. Will not be returning to this location, go to the Beats & Bytes on Bayside Drive, the staff are much friendlier and laid back.

This is the one place I figured I would be giving a bad review to however they surprised me as they were very helpful resolving my issues today. I had a phone that I couldn't get to charge pulled the cord out and noticed that there was a burn mark on it so something had been arking inside there so I called them expecting to be getting into an argument or dealing with someone that just didn't care at all but to my surprise the fellow that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal he resolved my issue and got me back up and running in a reasonable time and actually was the most pleasant person I dealt with all day

This Digital World, Like all place has its good points as well as things that it could do better.. for example, the staff. there is some staff there that are GREAT !they know a fair bit about the items that they are buying/selling as well as have great customer service! they are all around good people and pleasant to to do bussiness with.. then there is the few that are in between.. as in there are two that i can think of right now that are great as far as customer service goes, but they dont know as much as they could about the industry and products that they work with on a daily basis.. then... i warn you these last.. they certainly do know thier products! a couple do. but even the 2/5 that know the products, there is a few that treat people like absolute trash.. it is getting bad when i can name people that will AVOID this store when a certain manager is working due his blatant disregard for consideration that customers are the lifeblood of his employment. it is sad. .but that being said the other manager is awesome! great guy! this manager not only knows more then he needs to but also shows the respect that consumers and people selling products to the store deserve! i commend him.. To summarize, I say this.. this store is decent.. just do your research before buying or selling anything there.. that is all i can do to advise. :) you always need to be careful when dealing with places like this.

I wanted to enter this store i was told i could not enter because i cannot wear a mask not that i dont want too but that i cant for medical reasons they have lost all my future sales to Amazon actually the girl was a bit rude about it all honestly and i have to wonder how they would handle someone who is physically unable to wear a mask people like that do exist or someone who cant wear one for mental health reasons. I actually find the whole thing a bit funny since a lot of people do not wear the mask properly so they may as well not wear it at all in that case but nothing is ever said to them .

Very nice staff I came here to get some game stuff after getting my first paycheque and I needed to get a charger as well for my phone but I was short so they just gave me a brand new one on top of all I bought, they didn’t have to but they did and I thought that was pretty damn cool of them to do, would definitely visit again and will.

I had purchased a xmas gift for my 8 year old living with autism. For unseen circumstances with the item the gentleman named Will helped me in a position that I couldn't pay more to still get a replacement for said item. No begging no asking just herd my concerns and made a xmas for a 8 year old boy. For my first experience with this bytes and bites he made this customer happy and will be back. I bought a laptop on March 7th 2015 started having problems with it almost immediately after taking it home the screen started fuzzying up so i took it back 6 days later as my reciept said i could get a cash refund within 7 days ,the guy at the store refused to give my money back and said the laptop must have been dropped I assured him it wasnt he said i would have to wait around for their tech to come check it out and offered me another cheaper laptop and an in store credit I accepted reluctantly now its only been 2 days and my screen keeps blacking out which it did in the store and the guy said the chrger had just slipped out i believed the liar!!! now i have no volume all of a sudden this morning so i guess my only option is to take it back with all the reciepts i got and contact the police i have no other choice Im not getting ripped off they are not getting away with this
