We bought a double insulated garage door. The garage is insulated, R value 16.5! The installation team arrived on time and removed the old doors and installed the new door within 5 hours. They were polite and helpful throughout. Overall a very positive experience and we would recommend ADR Garage Door.

Very quick response and good customer service. I called them 9:30pm to book the service for next morning, and two technicians came 10am, fixed my door in about an hour. Job is done professionally, charge is reasonable and convenient. They also gave me some practical advice. Well done.

I must express my deep disappointment and frustration with the services provided by ADR Garage Doors as my partner and I embarked on our joint project. Our experience with them has been nothing short of disheartening, and we deeply regret entrusting them with our garage door installation.In early May, we placed an order for a garage door and promptly paid the required deposit. A technician visited our location on May 9th to reconfirm measurements, reassuring us that everything was on track and our garage door would be ready for installation within 2-3 weeks. Given our construction schedule, this timeline seemed to be a perfect fit, and we were cautiously optimistic.However, what followed can only be described as a complete breakdown in communication on ADR Garage Doors' part. As the third week came to an end and the fourth week began, we were left in the dark with no updates or information from them. It reached a point where we had no choice but to reach out to them directly to inquire about the status of our garage door.To our utter dismay and frustration, we were informed that ADR had failed to secure the necessary low headroom kit for our door, resulting in the need for a refund of our deposit. This revelation starkly contrasted the initial confirmation and assurances we received when we initially placed our order.What compounds our frustration is the fact that had we been promptly informed of this issue, we could have easily made the necessary adjustments to the headroom during the construction phase to accommodate the door. However, ADR Garage Doors chose to withhold this crucial information until we took the initiative to contact them, leaving us feeling utterly stranded.Consequently, we now find ourselves in an exceedingly difficult situation, having lost valuable time and resources. We are forced to search for an alternative supplier and endure yet another month-long wait for a new garage door, effectively stalling our entire construction project.The complete lack of communication, transparency, and respect for their customers' time displayed by ADR Garage Doors is both deeply unprofessional and incredibly disheartening. We strongly advise anyone contemplating using their services to explore other options. No one should have to endure the ordeal that we have had to face as a result of their incompetence and lack of regard for their customers' needs.

After getting some really insane quotes for our small garage door to be replaced, with even more outlandish lead times, ADR was a refreshing experience. It looks like they have a local manufacturer, and standard door sizes are readily available.I basically had all my questions answered over initial phone call with Raya, and it took virtually no time to get a quote and then the installation from Denis. All hardware got replaced, and they use nylon rollers. Aluminum capping did take a bit longer but that's only because weather did not cooperate. Our motor was changed at time of installation as well, which I provided after getting recommendations from the technician. We had a small squeek develop on the track, and they followed up to fix it quickly (just a lack of lube/grease issue).Only time will tell how well the door is built, but right now it looks great and seems very solid.

Instead, they waited until I took the initiative to call, only to tell me that I'm essentially out of luck.Now, I am left in a difficult situation, having lost both time and money. I contacted several companies to quote on my new single garage door. ADR was the most competitive. Once I expressed my desire to move forward the technician came to my house and confirmed my order. The availability of the garage was less than one month to become available. When the date for my install came the technician came and did a professional job in less than 2 hours. ( There were some minor issues with the onsite scheduling of the technician but not enough to drop a star ratin) I have had no issues with install and my garage I believe is the best new garage on the street. . Thank you ADR. I would recommend your product and services to anyone I know who is looking for a new garage door.

Worst customer experience I have received in a long time. Very rude and disrespectful behavior from Raya who claims to be the business owner.I had a problem with one of my garage doors that sometimes it does not close all the way, but was working fine in some other times. I called them and they came last Thursday to fix it. The technician told me it is a sensor problem, so he changed the sensor for me and I paid $225. I asked him several times if he is sure that this is the problem and he confirmed, and said if there's any issue after, we will come right away and fix it for you. Next morning, surely enough, the garage door wouldn't close at all this time, so the problem was much worse now. I called them early Friday morning, and they said all their technicians are busy and earliest they could come is 6-8pm on Friday, which didn't work for us as we had plans. I asked them to try and prioritize us either for Friday any time before 5 or Saturday all day given it's their fault/their job and that it's now worse and I can't close the garage door at all. They told me it's either Friday 6-8 or Monday. I asked to speak to a Manager, so they gave me Raya (who claims to be the business owner), who didn't try to help at all. I explained how this is inconvenient to stay over the weekend with a dysfunctional door, but she wasn't listening and just kept reiterating the same information. So, I had to book for late Monday, and I told her that you have an unhappy client and it will reflect in the review. Suddenly, she flipped completely, and started to be very rude and disrespectful, and told me that they are not coming anymore and that I had to deal with it on my own. I was completely blown away by the disrespect and bold aggression towards a client. I told her give me my money back and I will find another company. She responded that she won't give me any money back and told me to sue them if I want. I can't even imagine that this is the business owner, as she lacks the basics of client service and how to communicate with a client. So, I had to take care of the garage door myself, and they wouldn't return my money. Worst experience I have had with a service company in many many years, especially that this is coming from someone who claims to be the business owner. She does not care a bit!!!!

I waited a year before writing this review, im very happy with the Doors especially because I work in inside my garage on my car during winter. The Doors are highly insulated, my furnace in the garage Is Not working Hard as it worked Last year with the non insulated Doors. you can trust Adr garage door!

I recently purchased my garage doors from ADR Garage and had an outstanding experience! A technician was able to come out the same day to take a look at my issue and measure for new garage doors. I received a quote that same day and was able to have my doors installed that very next week. The technician that installed them was on time and very efficient with the install.
