Met the general manager and she gave us the grand tour, very nice facility with well designed suites, the residents seemed to be very friendly and happy. I highly recommend checking this community out as a retirement option.

Went through a hiring process with the recreation manager (Darlene Henry). Upon her confirmation of hiring me for the job position, she quickly stopped responding to my emails about what’s next.Unprofessional.Also to note, during the interview for the job position. She gave me a lecture about the importance of why she does this as her profession rather than getting to know me.

I went to visit my grandmother few weeks ago in Complex Care. The AC is only available in the dining area. Patients rooms are so hot. Hallway is hot. The further you go to the end of the hallway, the hotter it would be(Staffs don't know how to change thermostat as it is locked, and please your staffs are sweating!) and NO cellular service in the building, but it became worse as there is NO public wifi available. How is this convenient and reasonable for visitors?

Complex care is very good. The Rn's and careaids are professional, caring and excellent. The whole building is so clean and fresh.

During Wintertime or rainy weather it would be good to include a activity room & library area on the top floor or penthouse, to walk around and enjoy the view there. so the people living there are not coped up in there rooms. Hopefully you will add it later.Thanks Bruce.
