Very nicely renovated, great location, great staff. Although there were complications with my order, but they were sincere about it. My sister bought a snowmobile there and it's treating her very well.

Very expensive, Infact I bought my choko coat for a very fair price at a rival store here in New Liskeard. But if your looking for a skidoo or four wheeler and have the money to pay it this is the place for you they also sell the coats and helmets of course...

First aid course or do I arrive with a brand new Arctic Cat. Trade in a horse for a quad yes pleàse. There it's less for better quality brick good clean storage. Howd some nice kindling go there in a nice coffee bag with a price dog on it.

We always get great service and the staff are friendly. We get the parts or service we need and we are always happy with the results. We will continue to go here, you gotta check it out.

My 76 year old Father brought his Honda Generator here for repair as it would not hold a charge. Received a call a week or so later to pick it up. $138 for an oil change and repair; seemed fair at the time. I helped him pick it up and bring it home. Started the generator two days later; still no charge. Brought it back again. Mechanic admitted that the crew has limited knowledge of the power generation side. Two and a half months later, my father had to call the shop to get a status report. He went in to pick it up last week, still not working and asked for a refund for the repair portion of his bill. Owner went back to the mechanic to inquire, returned with no further payment required?" and no refund offered. $138 oil change; guess he has to pay for the fancy new building. JunkPro tech was able to repair the generator in under a week.I do not blame the service department as he readily admitted his limitations

Pretty bad experience with the service hereTried to see about getting on a new dirt bike or 4wheeler and was told no dirt bikes in stock but a chance to get on an AtvSo I asked what they had in stock for atv’s and if he might have somewhere else he could direct me so I coukd get on something sooner then laterAlain replied instantly up until I asked where else I might be able to goGo to Timmons their customer service is 10000% better then this place

Dealer might as well not even be there if your in a pinch. I was on a trip and my 2021 Polaris axys started going into limp mode and had the engine light on, I’m very mechanical inclined I started with the simple things (fuel, spark) nothing wrong, managed to get it to this dealer and they wouldn’t even give me the light of day. Told me they hand a service opening in seven days, wouldn’t even let me talk to a tech for 5 minute to discuss possible causes. Owner of my dealer at home was calling ME to give me suggestions to try and get me going but only so much you can do without hooking up to it. Arctic cat dealer in New Liskeard was the one that would give me 10 minutes of his time to hook his laptop to it which said it had to do with the TPS. From there i was able to fix the problem myself and finish my trip!

Awesome service staff. Nice selection of Honda small engine gear and some drool worthy Polaris gear too!

Brought 2 Honda snow blowers to get serviced. Quoted $400 for the pair to get tuned up with new belts, oil and spark plugs. Waited 3 weeks one was finally done. $350 for one. Brought it home and the belts fell off. Had to take apart and adjust myself. Finally got a call for the other one and said it was ready to go. Arrived and they said it needs a simple obsolete part. Could have easy ordered another part from a newer model. (Just a spring and a plate for belt tensioner) . I tried in in their yard and didn't even turn the auger. Smoked the new belt they put on wrong. Went back in and told them it didn't work. They said they could bring it back in the shop. I said job will bring it home and do it myself. They gave me a $350 bill for an oil change and a belt put on wrong. Total waste of money. Their mechanic is terrible. Very disappointed
