New to the area. And thought I'd give this carwash a try. Hard to tell there's any affiliation to the gas station, I went and got in line. Waited, watching customers tap their card on the machine the employee was holding it gives the idea I could pay once I reached the front. Once I got to the front found out I need to pay first and was told I had to make a u turn and leave and come back. Went to the gas station and was met by a cheeky girl who said there's a sign on the back of the gas station door stating I had to pay first, which again when driving thru the pilons, it's not something that catches your eye. No additional signs throughout the rest of the wait. Was told I had to wait all over again with a too bad" attitude. I will go where else where my business and time is appreciated.i probably saved my black suv from swirls anyways considering the old car wash technology they use which grabs your wheels and the cloth system that slaps your car around. Can't recommend and will not be back."

The car wash packages are a good deal, but there were constantly issues with the car wash either scratching doors, or taking off rear wiper blades. But the management is horrible. Should take a look at their turnover rate and how they treat the members of their staff that aren’t family members ( Which most of them are. The nepotism/favouritism is huge) The Owner treats his employees like they’re all below him. Don’t get me started on having a recent employee quit because of how they treated her after finding out she was pregnant and Maurice “didn’t wanna have to pay maternity leave” then after changing then artist I’ve tried giving multiple excuses and reasons as to why they should quit and aren’t capable of performing a job task.

Bunch of SCAMMERS and FRAUDS.They cancelled my subscription after I posted review instead of improving themselves. Don’t give them your business. They are closed more than 20 days out of 30.Closed all the time on the name of maintenance or bad weather. Mostly whole day while some for half a day. No good.I have two cars, I travel daily from Brampton. Extreme pass last used was on 7th. After that I was not able to wash that car. Reason when I bring that car here either wash is closed (without the notice) or it’s closed full day or half day (with notice).I will see how this works in the coming time and continue or discontinue the service based on this then. Also my review rating will change to positive once it gets better.Moreover, not a single time I stepped out of the wash without spots using my extreme package. I don’t care about spots as long as I can wash it when I want it.

Always very friendly attendants. So far, no problems.They have excellent communication memos sent out when they are closed for maintenance etc!Well worth the monthly payment!Keep up the good work!

Fantastic car wash. Get a membership!This car wash is under new management and it's made a massive positive difference!It's always up and running now and when there is a fix they plan it for rainy days, a sign of smart management. The lot is freshly paved and the staff are very friendly.The phone app has been upgraded and there are informative alerts to plan your next wash... and sometimes promos!There is also ample vacuums after the wash for a full clean!While you are here, the gas is competitive and the oil changes are quick and easy (benefits to members).

!!WARNING!!DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CAR WASH.I was a student commuting to Guelph Every day and I came across this 15 dollar a montj car wash. It worked out to be $17.54 after tax a month. I was told I could wash my car once a day which I did for Approximately 20 days. After these 20 days I tried canceling my pass VIA Valet Car Wash app. After canceling the active pass and then confirming to cancel I see a payment taken out of my bank account the next month. I proceeded to open the app to see my cancelled pass is active. I tried to CANCEL my pass AGAIN thinking it was all over with. But to my surprise this month money has been taken out of my bank account again. This is a sham. Once they get your banking information GOOD LUCK cancelling your monthly pass. Beware of this car wash.

Such good value with the monthly membership and so convenient that it withdrawals automatically (and is very transparent on how to cease membership if needed in app), it’s always a pleasure to see Lawrence or other friendly staff ushering us in, and we appreciate all the upkeep with new pavement and organized line up making it an easy and quick visit.Despite new proposed car wash being built closer to my house, I will be keeping my membership and only coming here.
