FAST TIME WATCH & JEWELLERY REPAIR

I brought my Guess watch in for a new battery because although I have a 10 year warranty on it and Guess would replace it for free, I'd have to ship it and pay for shipping there and back. It was cheaper to just pay $13 to have the battery replaced. However, one of the big crystals by 11 o'clock was missing when the watch was returned. I did have two small crystals missing prior to going in, which I didn't bother fixing because it was unnoticeable, but I would've had it fixed had there been a large one missing because that WAS very noticeable. Although both ladies were very nice, the one who worked on my watch was very doubtful about causing the crystal to fall out. In any case, they offered to keep the watch to have the crystal replaced. It took two weeks and when my watch was returned, I was disappointed to see that the replacement crystal didn't look like the rest of the crystals. It is slightly off in colour and has some dark glue around it. When I pointed this out, I was told yes but the two small missing crystals I came in with were also replaced. That's nice but this doesn't resolve the big crystal issue. At the end of the day, it's not the end of the world, it's not noticeable unless you look at the watch attentively. It's not a big deal. However, it might've all been avoided had I just sent the watch in to Guess perhaps.

An excellent place to get your watch repaired. They had to send my high end watch away to get serviced as the back wouldn't come off. They told me approximately 12 days to come back but it only took 7. The staff is delightful and easy to talk to and the prices are reasonable and in line with what you expect them to be.This is my new default watch place and I'd rate 6 stars if I was allowed.

Fast service, only took 15 minutes. Only $13 dollars to get my Dad's old watch working again. A low price for such a high sentimental value :) Thank you very much Melissa & Co!

I would also give this location 6 stars if I could! Every single visit is a rewarding experience. One time they offered a solution to an issue with a chain that cost me nothing and worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

I had my mom's watch battery replaced and the band cleaned. I felt confident about leaving my watch with Melissa after she inspected it. My watch was repaired quickly and she was friendly with a big smile on her face. Definitely will come back for any repairs.

I used them when I lived in Hamilton with good resultsNow back in London I was glad to see that they have a London franchise... before they moved I had a watch cleaned and a new battery put in... the watched looked brand new when I got it back and for under a 100 dollars it was well worth it!!they did move to whiteoaks mall and I am now waiting to pick up a chain that they are fixing...Recommend!!!

Good for battery repair, but would caution anyone needing a crystal face repaired to go elsewhere. They sent my watch away to get a new crystal (as there was a small chip). While the crystal came back repaired, the dial of the watch now has multiple spots on it (impossible to clean underneath the crystal) in places nowhere near the original chip. The watch is equally unwearable, they claimed no responsibility and said it would be an additional charge to fix the dial. I would not trust them again.

I am very happy with this company. I left it until the last minute to have my son's ring done, the stone needed to be in stronger, they did a complete overhaul of the ring, cleaned, and had it back to me for Christmas. I was so pleased and excited, I would definitely use them again.
