Absolutely incredible evening!! The staff was amazing and Felix the sous chef did a great job making us feel at home coming and ask how we thought everything was and how our experience was!!! I will definitely be going back and will most definitely be recommending Jack Flat to everyone and anyone! Best brisket poutine I have ever had!

Food was amaaaaasazing. Best BBQ spot I’ve ever been to in the Montreal area. Service was excellent and quick. The decor is everything you would have hoped for and more. Will definitely be back and spread the word. Thank again!

What a great experience! I’m a big fan or BBQ and this place doesn’t disappoint with the food, atmosphere and service ! Vegetarians be forewarned. The pork belly was great and the fries too, but everything we ordered was good. Really something different. Worth the wait and I would recommend reservations. Wife a huge fan of country music so that was a bonus.

The food was absolutely amazing! It was the first time my husband and I go to Jack Flat and we were definitely impressed. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the pork belly and brisket to share and both were just so good! The seasoning was amazing not only on the meat, but also in the honey mustard and sweet ketchup sauce. We’ve already told our friends about this place and plan to come back with them. The decor is great and fits the country vibe. Highly recommend eating here. This entirely an honest first impression review. We look forward to coming back again and again!

We had an amazing experience at Jack Flat BBQ.The ambiance and decorations are beautiful. The staff members are very friendly and welcoming.The food is the best!! We had the brisket as well as the brisket sandwich and both with different sides, and both were so good.Shout out to Jeff, who made our 1st visit to this place such an awesome experience. He went beyond our expectation, took the time to explain the menu, and gave great suggestions, and following up from time to time without disturbing us.Will definitely visit again..

The place looks amazing well decorated, good staff, smokey smell...I do alot of smoking so I tried the 3 piece meat: brisket was top notch, turkey was my second favorite, ribs were a miss.. the portions of the meat are to share. My family had the smashburger ; while it tasted great the price for burger was a tad high; maybe some realignment there.

Could smell the smoke in the parking lot, Jack Flat's was new to me, as I travel to the area every couple months. Great food. Brisket was great, Pork bellies were fantastic and perhaps my new favourite restaurant Mac and cheese. Will not miss this place when I'm back!

I've eaten smash burgers at many places around this city and I have to say this is honestly the best one in town! Its crispy and very well seasoned. Every bite packs a punch and you can taste the subtle hint of the spices after you took your bite. Absolutely amazing. Very hospitable, the waitress was very very kind. She took the time to explain us the menu since this was our first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast we got our food after we ordered. Especially given that it was a full house, and there were lots of people there. All in all, I would definitely go back. A solid 5/5 from me!

Amazing concept, cool menu and great decor. They have a serious smoker on display, which adds to the experience. The service is a bit scattered, which can be understood due to the large space and it being packed but my advice is they need to improve the brisket, which is a smokehouse staple and $80 for 1 beef rib is absurd. The sides are massive and tasty and the star of the show was the Flat Burger, which was spectacular and a must try for burger lovers!

Texas style restaurant! The atmosphere there is very amusing. The service is exceptional, the waiter was very good and explained the menu professionally, we ordered their smash burgers and it was amazing! But the portion was small and it does not come with anything so we had to order the fries on the side. We tried the brisket which was great also the meat was very tender and juicy but again the portion was small. Overall, the place is recommended and definitely worth trying.P.S. try their whiskey or bourbon
