Patio Plus & Pool Place

This is a great place to get your pool supplies. I like their brand of chemicals. It is easy to use and our pool water stays clear and it's easy on our kid's skin and eyes. I come here from out of town for their service and products.

We couldn’t be more thankfully for Lucinda’s prompt communication and knowledge! She got our complicated order together in a timely fashion, and notified us when everything was ready to pick up. Once we got the pump and filter running, we tried to get the pool clear and failed miserably. All it took was a water sample and she provided step by step instructions written all out and our kids will be swimming in just a few days.What a journey, but we couldn’t have done it without her at Patio Plus and Pool Place.Highly recommended!

I have never been more disappointed in a companies performance in my life. We were sold on the company with the promise of open communication, timelines met, quality of work and the importance of reputation in a small town.Many of these promises went unmet.We were told that a pool install once the hole was dug that it would only take seven days to complete the project - In total given flexibility for rain delays our install took seven WEEKS.The open communication is laughable as emails and phone calls would go unanswered with no response for a week or longer at a time and when they finally did reply it was met with excuse after excuse after excuse (Still have all communications saved) In addition I am still waiting to hear back from the owners on a few items that there response was we will look into this and get back to you". Interestingly enough they are very quick to call and email when payments are needed.The poor communication continued with the pool place during the install causing unnecessary headaches and delays.In a nut shell the ownership of the pool place will spend more time giving you lip service than customer service."

I had the immeasurable pleasure of dealing with Susan. I have been looking for a specific hard-to-find accessory for a hot tub, that I didn't even purchase from her. She still took the time to source possible alternatives, answer questions and make me feel like an important customer. This has not been my experience with other hot tub retailers that I have approached throughout the past year. Despite this high demand period, she sacrificed her time and provided beyond excellent customer service. If you're thinking of buying a hot tub, I highly recommend reaching out to Susan for guidance. They have a really informative website and top level service that will not disappoint!

Being new to the hot tub thing... Can get overwhelming. Going in, felt stressed, but coming out with a smile. They give free water tests and tell you exactly what you need to do to get your hot tub water balanced, which is a really big help especially if the water is way out of balance. They also carry everything you need in one place to make it easy for your visit. The staff is very knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer... they will tell you, then find the answer very quickly while you wait. Everything needed for pools me hot tubs are right in the store. Thank you for helping with our hot tub and a great experience.

Let me stand there for 15 minutes after I asked for chlorine.... only to tell me they don't sell liquid chlorine..... totally disorganized. Staff clearly not trained well.....

Went in and had to leave from how rude the owner was to her staff. I’ve heard the same from a few people that have been in the store. Would much rather see a more respectful place if I were to give them my business
