These guys are total crook they took my id and said ok we will sell you the car at the exact same moment they went to the showroom and found another person that was looming at the same car and made him overbid by saying i was about to buy it....and guess what the other person said yes due to pressure but ultimitly did not buy the car and then...they called me back like beggers saying we'll throw in some used winter tires.... STAY AWAYJust saw a reply its nice to also manicure events but NO IT DID NOT HAPPEN LIKE THIS they even had no face (the salesmen) because the "greedy" boss gave the car to the other customer because they were financing the car so....more $$$$ who cares about customer service or honesty when you can make more money right...the car was sold they had to come back with contract but because i was paying cash they wanted the one with house financing

I purchased my QX50 here and as soon as I stepped through the front door, I was treated by courteous and professional personnel . They made me feel at ease and like part of their family. I made the right choice coming here, thank-you Infinity team

If could give 0 star I would. I brought my car for a inspection and an oil change appointment. First, they give my car with no cap on my windshield washer recevoir but I didn’t say anything and I bought an another one on Amazon. 30 days after, I was driving to work and I heard a pop and I didn’t know what it was but I continued driving because it still drove normally and no lights lit up on my dash. I Arrived at work ten minutes after the pop and my car leaked all of its oil while I was driving and once I parked, the rest of the oil emptied put onto the ground. As I was at work, I didn’t have the time to take photos as proof. When the tow truck arrived, he took my car without me being there since i needed it the morning after for work. All this because the cap wasn’t put on right. The mechanic verified that the oil pan needed to be changed because it was old but it wasn’t broken. In the end they said that they couldn't help me because I didn't take any photos. I do not recommend any services from this dealership to anyone. Im sure your money and time can be spent somewhere more trustworthy.
