Ally has done a great job with my Bernadoodle dog every time I take him there. My dog actually gets excited now when I take him there. Very kind and caring and does great work.

Very expensive and I'm just realizing how much work my dog still needs. More than twice the price I've paid elsewhere. Might be different story for small toy dogs but just spent $140 to get a damp dog back and I still have to detangle and put thru stress...*Edit: I was refunded $30, for the sake of transparency. That helps dampen the high cost, and she feels she did a good job. In all honesty I believe everybody deserves compensation for their time. When I was handed a damp frizzy dog I should said something at the time of pick up but I guess I was hopeful it would dry okay. It did not. She is still damp hours after. Double coats are lots of work but its doable, as my dog has been properly groomed before.

Great experience. Took our 70 lb puppy for her first big hair cut and it could not have gone better. Great communication about what we wanted and was very caring with the dog.
