I was charged interest on a purchase I was told by the salesman would be interest free for a year. I have called and tried the finance company and Kay’s themselves and both refuse to help me. I will never shop at a Kays again!

Previously had a repair done on a ring via the Bangor Kay’s and upon pick up from the Presque Isle location, we were not happy with the outcome of the repair. Presque Isle Store Manager Frank Lagasse, was incredibly helpful, professional and patient at the issue at hand. Manager Lagasse took the extra time to listen to our concerns and ultimately fixed the issue at hand. That being said, the Presque Isle Kay’s will certainly be having a returning customer. Cooperate give this man a raise!! Thanks again Frank!!

Professional and friendly service is what I received when I made my purchase, the quality of the rings and workmanship were better than expected. Ordered a LEO wedding band set and had it customized. Everything came in on time and in perfect condition for the big day. Thank you Brandon!
