Grossbusters Carpet Cleaning

I would highly recommend Grossbusters. They were super polite on the phone when booking, and made it an easy process. On the day of the cleaning, Simon showed up on time and was very friendly. He asked me if I had any areas of concerns with my carpet, and got straight to work. He did an amazing job, and was very efficient. Overall, I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

These guys were extremely professional. They were on time, quick, efficient, courteous and very caring. They went above and beyond to remove stains and my carpets look and smell amazing now. Very reasonable pricing and I will be planning on having them out every year for an annual cleaning. So happy!! Simon and Brandon were awesome guys and I look forward to having them back again!! They are a great asset to this company!!

In October 2022 I had two guys over from Grossbusters cleaning all of the carpet in our home. There were three bedrooms, an area rug and a downstairs den. I had recently renovated and was very particular about not having the walls and baseboards banged up. The guys did a great job in not leaving any damage, in particular to the white baseboards which I just painted. The one downside was they would not take off their outdoor shoes while working in my house which was very unprofessional. It seems their theory is they will clean after walking on it but did not help my LVT which is easily scratched by a pebble stuck on a shoe. For this reason I would not use them again.

My couch has several bad stains and now it looks brand new! Very friendly and professional staff and prices aren’t crazy high. Very pleased!

The technician Simon did a wonderful job cleaning our townhouse carpet for a move out. The carpet looks brand new. He went above and beyond, and we are super impressed with his work.

This was my first time using a service like this and definitely won't be my last. Simon and Talawa are knowledgeable, detailed and efficient. I was blown away by how beautiful my carpet is. Aaron and his team are very accommodating and do anything to help. They were amazing to deal with responded quickly, their price is so reasonable and affordable that I will do it annually. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed with this company's lack of communication and response to emails/phone calls. They cleaned my carpets, and the actual cleaning was done well. However, I have had continual issues with being given the run-around regarding receiving some services they said they would provide post cleaning. I have had to file a claim regarding my previous landlord not returning my security deposit. At the time of the cleaning, the company staff person indicated that they would take pics of the before and after condition of the carpets, and they would be made available to me shortly thereafter. Almost 3 months later, and numerous phone calls, emails, and texts, I still have not received them. When I have made phone contact with staff, there has never been an apology for the delay or lack of response. It would seem that once they got the payment from me, that's when customer service ended, despite making promises to the contrary. I will NOT be recommending their services for this reason.

The experience I had with GrossBusters was great right from my initial call right down to payment. They were accommodating and professional. Were able to get me in on a cancellation prior to moving out of province and gave me a great rate compared to other big name" companies when it came to pet stain cleaning not only did they treat the areas needing attention they did the entire carpet with the added solution! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone needing carpet cleaning. Local business that truly cares for their customers! Payment was fast and easy! I had no problem with tipping them for the job they did!"
