My hair dresser, Ashley didn't even show up and when the other hair dresser called her right in front of me she told her you start at 9am like everyone else. You have been told this before". I hope the old woman with the short hair feels dumb when she made the snarky comment that I was early when my appointment was at 9am and I show up at 8:57am. Hilarious

I would give them 0 stars, i went for roots retouch spent 100 buks and the hair are still gray. I phoned them back to fix it but instead being sorry they were rude.Hate it will never come back

Figured I'd give chatters a second chance with a different stylist. Turns out that wasn't the best choice. Second time a curtain bang went terribly wrong. The stylist took way too much off but better than the last time where a chuck was entirely missing but hidden in the way it was styled. That's another thing, no one asks how you want your hair styled anymore. They just do as they please. Maybe someone doesn't want big curles. I don't know. Paying a lot for a service. You'd expect to be happy when you leave.Please don't say you know how to do a curtain bang if you do not. It's not even close.

We’ve been seeing Ashley Wanlin. She’s done an amazing job with everybody’s hair in my family. She’s been cutting my sons hair his whole life. He’s autistic and the patience she shows him is amazing.She’s also been doing my hair for a few years and I’ve always been happy with her work. She listens well, and is very attentive and personable.She’s also always, and a great job with my husband.The salon has been very welcoming to us as a family. They’ve accommodated my son when a lot of other salons would not. And their prices are affordable.I’ve also had other work done by other stylist such as eyebrows, and I’ve always come out happy.It’s a family friendly place, not stuck up like other places. It’s clean and professional.

Bree at the outlet at chatters gave me the worst trim I’ve had in 40 years. The chair wasn’t facing the mirror so I couldn’t see what she was doing. She asked me if I wanted it straight or curly after. I said straight. She blow dried it and used a round brush for so long. Going over the same piece of hair like 35 times. I finally asked her to just blow dry it and use a straightener. She blow dried it and then said she was done. That’s when I saw how choppy and uneven it was. She got defensive saying she did what I wanted. She then admitted it needed to be fixed. She said she wasn’t comfortable fixing it because of me being upset. I also was not comfortable with her touching my hair with scissors again. Next available person to fix it was an hour wait. I ended up leaving. I’ll book somewhere else next week to fix it. If you can’t perform a simple trim you really shouldn’t be a hairdresser.

Very rude staff! I had a consultation with the blond elderly lady... I asked her where I could keep my purse and my jacket.. she told me you can put them on the floor. I was shocked honestly so I didn't listen to her, I placed them in the table next to the hairdryer. The consultation didn't go well either, she was sarcastic all the time... Anyways is this a way to deal with customers who are bringing $$ to you ? Luckily I did go to a better salon who took care of me and made my experience so pleasant with awesome hair result. Folks keep your money away from this scam, you deserve better!

I have gone to this location several times now. Every time I’ve gone I’ve seen Hannah. She is so sweet and kind. She doesn’t rush, she is open to offer advice and treatments. I always feel refreshed and my hair is happy! I love the online booking so easy and convenient. The store is clean and staff are friendly.

Older woman with the short Kate Gosselin haircut was snooty and snotty. Appointment with Ashley qas at 9:00am, store opens at 9:00am and I show up at 8:57am because I don't want to be late. This woman then makes the sparky comment, she isn't here yet and you are early. So I sit behind the counter at the booth. It's now 9:07am. Another hair stylist right in front of me, calls Ahsley asks her where she is and then says you start at 9am like everyone else and we mentioned this before". Then when I heard that I walked out and told the old woman to cancel my appointment. Gas isn't cheap

I went in to get a cut, wash and style and out of all the places I have been to in Winnipeg, Hannah has done the best job. She pays really close attention to detail and is a perfectionist. My hair feels and look exactly how I wanted it to, I will definitely be back to see her!:)

Worst experience ever!! I can’t remember the name of the hair stylist but she did the worst hair styling. Nothing resembled to the reference picture I showed her. Would never go to this place again.
