We've taken our cars here 3 times over the past 4 years. We return because we trust them. Super friendly and kind bunch. They provided a courtesy car once when needed. Explain everything thoroughly. We've been to at least 6 other places in the city for repairs (major or minor) but this is the one we return to along with one other place occasionally.

I had my catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle, and I brought it here to get fixed. The staff were great to deal with & extremely friendly, I would highly recommend going to them.

Horrible experience! Do not recommend. My husband went to get his tires switched out and the next day there was a horrible wobble which resulted in us canceling our Christmas plans. My husband called them stating what happened and the man said he can bring it in the next day, today brings it in and they play dumb and refuse to lift it up for him and tell him his tires are bad…. When they are brand fricken new!!!!! Absolutely horrible. No care for there customers at all.

This shop gets a 10 out of 5 in my mind. Had a situation where I believed I was in for a major, expensive repair. This shop was recommended and did not disappoint. Not the typical repair shop response. Initial call was very friendly and when I dropped vehicle off, the reception and service was fantastic. Was called with a quote, technician shared other observations however with very little pressure or expectations that work needed to be done. No pressure. Work was done quickly. Calls were made when ready for pick up. Really could not have expected any better service. At this point, even though I found the price to be very reasonable, it no longer was about price. Treated very well, and a very trusted team at Minute Muffler. I will be a customer again there some day I am sure. You should consider the same!!!! Great work!! Thanks!!
