Hey I've been vaping for many months. I would totally recommend going to 180 smoke on concession. The staff is very friendly and easy to deal with. Also if you get a chance talk to Bri. She is an awesome person. I didn't have enough money to buy another pack of coils and another bottle of juice but she came up big and gave me both for free!!! Now that is amazing customer service. :) I told her I would give a positive review here so here it is. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I love this place! My first time going, the girl working was extremely friendly and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for, and recommended something simple (I’m a first time user who recently quit smoking and not looking to vape nicotine juice). I went again yesterday, and Brianna? was incredible. There prices are super affordable and the staff is wonderful. I 100% will be back and will recommend this location to anyone!

Words cannot express how impressed I was with the quality of customer service I received from this location. In the last year dealing with the pandemic, I have come to expect the customer service to decline and after my two most recent visits to Pet Valu, I completely lost faith in people due to the horrible way we were treated.From the moment I called to when I picked up my order, the employee who helped me was so full of life. She was helpful, kind, and perky! I'm going overboard with compliments but she literally exuded positivity to the point where I felt happier when I left. You very rarely see this quality of customer service anymore.

Had a bad few visits. Don't want to go back. You might wait for service or will not get good info and be spoken to rudely. Maybe the lady was having bad days but now I think different. I see past reviews have issue with same redhead lady and wonder if she has a prejudice issue. I think she is owner and will not be going back. I feel bad because other girls there helped me quit smokes and learn about e-juice. Nice experiences are not worth feeling unwelcome at times. I guess store is good if you get the right workers. But I wont support the lady's business anymore.

Came in to try some stuff as I never smoke, Mikayla gave me the best customer service i have had. She recommended everything that she could that was to my liking, I couldn’t help but buy! Will most definitely be coming back to see what she recommends next!! Thank you so much!!

tbf went in only to see what the shops saying at first but came out with a v good experience ! the girl working, evan, was very friendly, approachable and helpful in answering all my questions and was v knowledgeable about everything and had important recommendations for me too, meaning i got everything i came looking for in the shop nd more.overall good experience, nice place and ask for evan if u want someone who'll know what they're talking about and will give a great customer experience styll.

My fiancé and I have been purchasing pods from this location for about 4 months now and pretty much every time we go inside it is a very confrontational uncomfortable experience due to the redhead lady with glasses that works their. She acts as if she wants you out of the store the second you walk in. I believe it is because my fiancé and I LOOK underage, but I am 20 years old and have no issue showing ID I usually have it out before it’s asked. I never got to even asked her name as she is so rude, it got to the point where we started looking for other vape shops with friendlier employees because we also have many questions about vaping. Today, meeting Morgan (another employee) a completely different encounter. He welcomed us as we walked in where usually we wait 2 minutes for somebody to come out the back room. He asked politely to see ID and asked us what we were looking for rather than telling us what to buy. Me and my fiancé being new to vaping, today was the first day we found out there was 20-50 nic because he actually explained it to me. The other lady just sold me whatever nic she wanted (didn’t ask what I wanted). Overall after meeting Morgan today I had a better experience, and will definitely come back if he’s on the floor, and you possibly need to retrain others.

depends whos working, not everyone is friendly. they also love to take 30-60 min breaks, even after only being open for an hour or 2 sometimes. sometimes they will outright refuse to serve you because theyre on break for another 20 mins" despite having 2 people working. brutal. i wish the owners knew how many times that happens
