Maxi Lasalle Newman

Yesterday, by mistake, one of the cashiers put the wrong code in one of the products and charged me extra. The product that I bought was a coconut but they charged it for a cantaloup.I went tonight at 9:45 pm to see if they could adjust the mistake. As soon as I informed the lady at the first counter (where they sell the loto and do return/exchange counter), she started to misbehave with me. She told that they were closed and that we should come tomorrow. But, there were still a lot of people in the store and I was asking if I can buy a few things, it would be really appreciated. But, instead, she got mad and called a person to kick me out of the store but they didn't have the uniform nor was this person a security guard. He then stopped me and did not let me enter the store. I asked the cashier to call her manager because I wanted to speak to them, but the cashier screamed at me saying she is the manager. I would like to inform the authorities on how she should not work for Maxi and she doesn't have the qualities to be a manager.

Good but only one old Lady is very rude always or mostly working in express line she is not made for customer service she should be somewhere else

Great service! This Maxi has products (like Mango Sorbet) that you won’t find at other Maxi’s. Employees are very helpful, one helped me charge my phone so I could pay with my virtual VISA. Also I think a bird lives in the rafters somewhere, see if you can find it!

Very dumb people are working in this store. Took me some time to explain that their advertised price and at the cash don't match.

Unfortunately, it’s not best place for various reasons, big store as Maxi should pay attention for the rotten products on shelves ,corn, oranges, putting a special price on box as in the photo and on the cashier charge different with the silly reason (it’s not the same) it’s in the same place all together.

I came here a few weekends ago and the cashier at the self-serve checkout was rude. She looks young, but she was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Her and the manager were disgusting. Those two employees act like they own the store. MAXI needs to train their employees customer service skills and how to not belittle people.

The store is like another maxi stores, wide isles, ample parking, and great selection of groceries. But I always have two problems. The shopping carts are never easy to find, we usually enter the store only to find out we must go back to the parking lots to find an empty cart.The self checkout lines are tight, and I feel it every time. People are squeezed and there's lot of collisions.

Terrible service. They didn’t let me pay at self checkout because I had more than 20 item. There was no one on self service and a long line at a regular. I’m not gonna buy so much at this store anymore

Great store , it’s clean and well stocked.Plenty of parking .The staff are friendly, and hard-working, but They will take the time to help you if needed.
