Their chicken is good, but there’s a lot of room to improve the service. The place feels more like a fast food venue in a food court, except for the slow service. The waffles came really cold, as of prepared hours ago. It’s a pity to see such a nice place “fading” due to lack of proper service.

I ordered a Nutella crepe with ice cream and it cost me $20. The crepe tastes good but the amount i received for this cost means I will not be ordering from here again. Disappointed.

First time trying, it was very good, I got the Canadian moose waffles and the deep fried cheesecake. Both were great choices, could have used some syrup on the side, ice cream was a bit flavorless. Overall great experience!!

Disgusting place. Washroom toilets had pee all over the seat. The booths are filthy. The waffles were cold. My table got their food and I had to wait ten minutes more for mine. All waffles ordered were cold and tasteless. Never again. And never will I even try another location for Galitos either. This place is DISGUSTING

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!It's a NOoo for me. Visit the Mississauga location on Central Parkway and the staff that cash me out used her hand to flip my crepe. I have a video recording but it won't allow me to upload it.They kept playing with their hair and then touching products. I had to ask them to remake everything as I instructed them that they need to wear gloves.They had nothing ready...chocolate took about 10 minutes to melt because they forgot to turn on the machine warmer. I had to ask them to wash the strawberries.

Decent experience. The woman at the front was nice enough. Odd circumstances the night we went though. There was a table of kids(about 6 of them around 8-10 years old)with an adult, but the kids basically ran the place. Walking allover the restaurant, behind the cash desk, in the cooking area, getting plates of food and bringing it back to their table. It was really odd! Lol. I assume they all knew whoever worked there, but it certainly wasn't very professional to see kids basically helping themselves..The waffle we ordered was the tuxedo". Good but not mind blowing. They should add more to them.. maybe brownies

Went tonight for Mother’s Day wanted to grab a dessert to go and apparently they don’t serve dessert 30 mins prior to closing. Will not be back.

They opened late, service was terrible. The cashier barely spoke and we weren't told they didn't have crepes until after we ordered and paid. Will not be coming back.
