Dr .El-Mesteri is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met!!! I am 57 ,the compassion he showed me from the 1st time we met to now, told me he truly cares for my health. I had immediate care ,and extremely fast referrals response all thanks to him!! You are amazing I truly appreciate you ❤

I went to get my IUD removed / replaced. On June 14th, I went in for a consultation about my IUD. Got the prescription, and booked an appointment for July 1st for insertion. Which was a ridiculous amount of time in between, because for some reason the gynaecologist is only in on Saturdays. My appointment was at 11:00, and I waited over an hour till I was called to the back. When I got there, the doctor informed me I was not getting it inserted that day and to come back next week. Ridiculous. July 7th I arrive at 8 AM for my appointment, once again a long wait until I was seen. Once it came time for insertion, she was not delicate in ANY way. Did not inform me of what she was doing when she was doing it. Just yanked out my previous one, with no warning, laughing at my pain. During the insertion, she took her sweet time. Since I’ve had one before I know it does not feel good, but this time was worse. I was screaming and crying in obvious pain, and she just tried to hold me down and yelled at me that I was fine. She was obviously doing something wrong as it hurt so bad I almost passed out multiple times, and I am still in agonizing pain.My issues with this place is the wait time, the fact you have a doctor who only works once a week and that the doctor is a rude, incompetent person with no concern to her patients well being. DO NOT GO HERE!

Everytime I came here, I have to wait an hour eventho I make appointment already.Today I had appointment at 2.15, I always come early 5-15mins early, and at 2.45 they told me that my health issue can't be fix by available doctor (name is Dr. Jurni) and have to wait until 3 (another doctor) so I have no choice but to wait and I literally called them yesterday told them my issue so I don't know why need to change doctor suddenly. I am literally holding my newborn since he's fussy if I put him in the car seat.Now, 3.10 and still waiting for the doctor.3.21 my baby crying so hard, I said I'm leaving and th doctor come said JUST GO

I wanted to have a family physician at this location because I don’t drive and I live across the street. I have many medical issues like heart failure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, PTSD, poly cystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, Lichen sclerosis. I went for the meet and greet and I believe that I presented myself well, and all I want is to have a location that is in walking distance to see a doctor for prescription refills. The doctor rejected me as a patient and would not say why the doctor rejected me. There can only be one of two reasons and I feel that if she did not want me as a patient because of all of my issues and she should have had the courage to treat me as a human being and tell me what the reason is. I can handle the truth. I was up front with all of my diagnosis and with all the specialized treatments that I have in place and who my specialists are and their treatments. The second reason might be that the doctor had a bias against me that she was not comfortable with treating me as a patient. The front end staff are very friendly and professional the clinic is very clean and inviting and there is a good pharmacy on site. I will use the site as a emergency medical centre but I need a family physician desperately that is within walking distance.

I don’t mind the doctors, they are good, i had a appointment I waited over a hour for them to call me in the back, I was suppose to have my Pap test done they called me asking me to reschedule, I never did reschedule they called me again to reschedule my lab results, it’s always a reschedule I call ahead of time to see if they are taking walk ins, and when they stop, I show up a hour before the time I only live like half a block they informed me they aren’t taking a walk ins I just called you I told them you said within the hour you all of sudden no walk ins, I noticed it’s a repeat thing, why tell patients a time for walk-ins and then close it early. Don’t waste your time for the walk in, i find they went the appointment. I find the receptionists don’t tell patients to go to urgent care at east edmonton as a solution.The doctors are good always trying to find the reason why you aren’t feeling well.

I was searching for a family physician and stumbled upon this place as it was not far from home. I would recommend this medical clinic to folks that appreciate a nice clean establishment as well as polite, fast and friendly service. It's a busy clinic but I've never even waited 5 minutes after showing up right on time. My family doctor is so understanding and I just couldn't ask for more.

Wife has waited more than an HOUR after her appointment time, more than once. Dr. Abdukadr is a rude p*ick and receptionist seems incompetent. If you value your time, go to another clinic.

Great doctors and friendly front end staff! They are super bust but manage as best they can. Dr. Bushaala is a fantastic female doctor.

This is my new family clinic. The staff are always friendly, polite and professional and always call to confirm my appointment with the doctor the day before. Like most doctors I do have to book a week or so in advance but my physician only works part-time. That said my doctor is worth the wait. She is very good. I highly recommend this medical facility.
