Inside was dirty and cashier was very unfriendly. Food quality wasn't the greatest...had General Tao chicken and fries rice. Chicken was overfried and rice wasn't very flavourful. Not recommended.

I have eaten here a second time now and have felt it was amazing. Never any issue. Great food. Both experiences were awesome.I think they deserve more recognition and praise. I think there are just overally picky people out there.

My family ordered here for the first time the other night for delivery. The employee who took my order over the phone was super efficient and was able to give me my total really quickly so I knew what to expect when paying on delivery. The food was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh when it arrived with no issues with missing items or anything. Portion sizes were of the usual size for the main dishes however the boxed items we got were super full!! So great!! They told us that the delivery would be about an hour, and they came in about 50 mins. Really enjoyed everything and would order from them again.

Place is dirty, and the front counter staff are rude and everytime I call seems like I'm bugging them or upsetting them for ordering. Picked up an order once and I'm pretty sure the young fellow behind the plastic window was playing with his bare toes. Food is not good and the price on their website isn't what they charge in person, can't believe I paid 18$ for a combo there.

Horrible experience. I would give them zero stars if possible. The man at the counter was extremely rude. Was mad because we didn’t pay cash then threw the debit machine at us and when we got the order home we’re missing some items. Will never go back and won’t recommend to anyone.

The worst! I will start that I understand it was Valentine’s day. I placed an order at 4:30 for delivery. They guy told me within an hour. 5:40 shows and still no food. I called back and he said the driver should be there in 10 mins. 6pm and still no food. I called back and I was told he doesn’t know where the driver is. I said I could have picked up if you had told me it would take this long, to which he then says you can come and pick up it will be faster at this point. Only offered $10 off my whole order which was $130. No apologies nothing. Then I asked for them to call the driver and he comes back on the phone to just offer for me to cancel the order instead. That is amazing customer service!!! Instead of helping the customer out who placed the order an hour and a half earlier they just shooed us away. I will NEVER order from there again. Two bad experiences and nothing gets resolved. Pooooor customer service.

The Best Chinese Food I have ever eaten!!! I've ordered four times in the last 3 months I've lived in Alliston and it only gets better.. please to the owners do NOT change a thing about how you cook and prepare your food.... Chinese food is so expensive but you guys make it worth every dollar!!! Do not change your method please as I so look forward to your food!!!!

Unfortunately nothing good to say about this place. The fried rice was undercooked, very hard and had a strong raw soy sauce flavour not being able to eat it. The beef and broccoli was 95% broccoli. This was my second time coming here and second time a disappointment.

Really wanted authentic Chinese food and I was not disappointed.Ordered takeout (called in first) and they had my food ready so I was able to take it home right away.I ordered Beef Ho Feng Noddles, Lemon Chicken and House Special Fried Rice. Noodles were amazing! I was pleasantly surprised that they used chicken breast (not some mashed up random chicken pieces). The lemon" sauce was in a separate container which I'm very thankful for. The chicken was crispy and the lemon dip was delicious. Fried rice was great too. I would definitely go back."
