The clerk and manager here took advantage of my grandmother when she was trying to return merchandise. They would not give a full refund because they had a current promotion on boots, buy one get one half price. When my grandmother purchased them, there was no such promotion. They ended up only giving her half price back for the boots due to the promotion; however, the Mark's return policy states If you are not 100% satisfied with your Mark’s purchase

Great owrsonal skills and very knowlagable i had forgottwn my gym fob and the kind lady knowing it was mind looked after it untill i went back in with my son for shoes great location attached to Canadian tire and resonable pricing and great deals

My wife bought me a pair of boots here for Christmas. Even though I have proof of the charge and date on my credit card, and they are brand new in the box they won't exchange them for the same thing in a different size. I do not recommend shopping here as once they have your money the customer service seems non existent. I will drive the hour to their competitors from now on.
