I went in for a prescription refill.The pharmacy was too busy to submit it for my benefits that are on file for years?I had to pay in full, then go to my employer with the receipt.The last time I went in, I had my prescription filled, and tried to pay for 1 additional item.The pharmacy did not have time to scan the additional item?A second transaction at the front, on my way out.On top of the highest dispensing fees around?That's right, the LAST" time."

Having multiple medication to have prepared continuously on a monthly basis the pharmacist are truly amazing people. Our medications are always taken with consideration and care with prompt service. Thank to your dedication.

As a Nurse Practitioner who has worked in Healthcare for 17 years I routinely have never had more issues with a pharmacy. Between their ridiculous hours, medications are never ready. Tonight was a final straw for me. My medications were sent to a Shoppers in Sarnia without my consent or permission. Everyone should find a new pharmacy.

Every single month there seems to be a problem. After specific orders of nongeneric medications I was asked what I have against generic. I was also told there wasn't any of my medication in-stock. It wasn't until I had to tell them I was heading out of town for them to release 'some' of my medications. Which means that they had them the entire time but saving them for someone else because it certainly wasn't for me. I had already been there a week earlier for my prescription and received only partial and give an 'owed #' on my bottle.Which means I had to go a total of 3 times to fill my prescription.I have also been told I was there a day early then i was supposed to be. . I knew I was there on the correct date and asked them to check again. It turns out I was right. What if I had been someone else and didn't stand my ground? An older or weaker person might have just apologized and left without their medications.I have been hung up on. Not to mention times that I have been followed around and treated like I was a shoplifter. I have been treated poorly too many times which is the reason I finally switched.

You them days notice to fill your prescriptions and they don’t have it ready, and say it could be ready later today. They have forgotten important medications in blister packs that then require multiple trips to get fixed, and suggest you have it wrong. They forget to have pills delivered on you day that you have had set up for months, they delivery people are the nicest people but the rest of the pharmacy team can and should do better! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else, my family has.

I've been using Shoppers Drug Mart's all over ever since I was a kid; in Chatham, in London, and now in Corunna. While in college I even worked at multiple locations in multiple departments including night supervisor at a 24 hour location.I have not had occasion to interact with the cosmetic staff at the Corunna location nor the merchandising or any of the staff that work in the background. I have had no issues with the front staff either. I do have issue that the food products that they sell like dairy products and other flyer items that go on sale in the food flyer don't go on sale at this store even though they carry the items but I'm not sure that is within their control however it is super annoying that I have to drive to the next town to get a sale on products that are right there in store. Please address this.As to my real issues. I have a very rare a incredibly debilitating condition which requires careful monitoring and, unfortunately, also a great deal of medication. I try to be as considerate as possible to the pharmacy staff because I know what a day in their shoes is like. I almost never request a prescription to be filled in less than 24 hours and often give them 3 or 4 days. I am an avid user of the shoppers app. I use it to submit my request and they text me when it is ready but lately it has been taking longer and longer to get notified that my request is complete. Now I have submitted my last script (singular, meaning just one simple script) in for filling and that was on Thursday. It is now Sunday. I still don't have my script. If this continues I will leave this Shopper's for one with better hours and an actual food section that puts their food on sale. It may be a further drive but after 3 years of going to this pharmacy every week and the same pharmacy staff can't even remember who I am, I strongly believe that I could find better service elsewhere.

Normally I would give this pharmacy five stars. Most of the staff are extremely friendly and I have never had an issue waiting or even returning the following day because I know they are busy. Today however things were very different and I’m still at as loss as to why I deserved to be spoken to the way I was. My GP faxed over my script, and I stopped on my way home from work to get it. The guy told me that it would be a few minutes which was no problem I had other shopping I needed to do. I left the store and went to another large store and took my time wandering through it. When I was done I went back and stood in line for a few minutes ( again I had no problem waiting) and then told a woman I was back to get my script. From behind the counter I hear “ that wasn’t a half an hour” in a very snarky tone from a different woman. it was so rude I didn’t even realize she was talking to me, even the first woman looked sideways at the person talking as if she knew she was being inappropriate. The first woman then grabbed my RX off the counter, it had been filled and was even in a bag ready to go. The second rude woman made another snarky comment about the time and at this point I am completely baffled because no one had said a specific time for me to return, I was just told that it would be a few minutes. I figured the lady had had a bad day so I let it go and started to walk away when I hear her mumble something about my meds and then I was yelled at over the counter “ hey you are going to take those pills with those other pills are you” (they named my medications loudly and anyone in the store would have heard) I said “of corse not” and rushed out of the store embarrassed. My medications are pretty heavy and I’m assuming that is the reason I was treated like that but who are they to judge me. I have chronic pain condition, so I take pain medication. But I am also a productive member of society. Im not some drug addict chasing pills, and even if I was that’s none of their business and certainly not their job to announce my medications to the entire store. I’m pretty disappointed and now apprehensive to return, I will likely move my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Without fail; any time I have a prescription refilled I am owed" part of the refill and have to make a second trip back two days later. So I started just going to Shoppers 2 days after my prescription was ready for pickup so that I can get both "halves" of my refill in the same trip. Well apparently Shopper caught on to me

With the multiple medications between myself and my husband our meds are always ready when we are told. The staff are always helpful and friendly. This store is on the cleaner side then some I’ve been in.
