Despite a shortage of X-ray techs in ON, I was so impressed with the speed in which my visit took all while keeping a high level of professionalism. My x-ray tech was very personable, efficient and had a great sense of humour.

There were notices suggesting a potential long wait for X-rays. I was pleased that there was a continual flow of people being seen and at a fair pace. My wait was 30 mins. The X-ray tech was very pleasant, making conversation during my X-rays. Great experience and considerate staff.

I had an amazing experience with my pelvic/ internal ultrasound. The technician was patient and compassionate. She walked me through each step and provided clear direction.On top of that she was very personable and did her best to make sure I was comfortable. This was a really positive health care experience. The X-ray technician was excellent!! Personable and efficient. Reception is not friendly. I read the signs about not yelling at staff (which I would not do) but felt they could be kinder to people. It was ok for me but I did witness abruptness with patients. Kindness goes both ways. Other than that, all fast and efficient.

I recently had a bad accident and injured myself in multiple places. I was recommended to check out this location. The wait was surprisingly small, and the staff very courteous. I was X-rayed by a lovely woman named Nicole. She was very kind and her personality put me at ease. It is rare to have such a quick and relatively painless trip to any medical facility and so I appreciate how I was treated. I may have a followup or two at this location as I hurt myself in multiple areas, and I would be lucky to be helped by her again. Great job! I don’t usually fill these out, but I really believe in shining a light on those that care about what they do. Thank you.

The receptionists were very short with patients. It is only fair to answer people when they ask how long of a wait, especially when the waiting room is full and there are 10 people in line. There is actually a sign at reception telling people not to ask about wait time. An estimation keeps people from bothering them. Xray technician was outstanding considering how many people she had to process. She was so friendly and pleasant!

Very busy place! Everyone is friendly and kind.The nurse that did my ultra sound noticed I had another appointment in two weeks for another ultra sound of a different nature…. I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to do that test as well!She was super professional and nice.With the place being so busy you might think staff may be short with you… they exceeded themselves. Thanks for a positive experience!

Staff is excellent. Long wait, 45min, for X-ray but I knew it was first come first served so I was prepared and took a book.Cleaning staff needs to clean X-ray rooms there were HUGE dust bunnies on the floor and around the equipment. Cleaners are subcontracted.

My experience was wonderful. I didn’t catch her name, but my ultrasound technician could not have been more kind and warm if she tried. She made me feel so comfortable. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The boardwalk is lucky to have people like her on their staff.

I was advised to walk in for both a spinal X-ray and blood work by my doctor and that this site opened at 7:00a.m.Upon arrival we were advised X-rays open at 8:00 a.m. So the kind receptionist took my requisition, booked me in and advised me to go to the 2nd floor for my blood work first.This worked out great and when I came back I didn’t have to wait long to go in.The X-ray technician was just as pleasant as the receptionist which made my visit very pleasant.Thank youRosemarie Bowman
