Great location! Pretty decent size with a good selection. Seems to have a larger selection of beers available than what I've seen at other locations. Smaller vintage section as well. Not too busy great place to pop into!

It was not a busy day today at this LCBO location. Too bad, we could not find what we were looking for. Maybe next time...

It’s been a while since I’ve visited in person but I recently called ahead to ask whether a product was available in-store and got hung up on twice. Not sure if this is the norm, but I guess I’ll be heading to my local LCBO in the future.

Staff are extremely rude. Encountered an issue with a lady working at the cashier she made a scene for using different cards for payment. The credit card used had my name on it and she also checked my ID which showed proof of the name. Instead she decided to be ignorant. Her tone of voice was absolutely unprofessional and no mannerism at all. She had the audacity to disrespect me and tell me she's not finished telling the associate manager Brant the issue, when she did not indicate the issue clearly and kindly. She rolled her eyes and spoke to us in an angry way. Brant did not help resolve the issue and yet he is the associate manager" he let her disrespect the customers (my siblings and I). He stood there watching the whole thing and did not handle the situation at all. We did not end up purchasing any alcohol due to the ignorant

Visited store on Feb. 14, 2021 between 12:30 pm & 12:45 pm. Lack of customer service. Store was not busy at all. All staff were at the front chit chatting. Had to go all the way to the front to ask for help. Cashier said that the product was not available at their location. I would of appreciated if she'd suggested something comparable or if I needed help finding something else...but, she decided to carry on with her chat group...

First impression is very spacious and clean. This is one of the store with its own beer section inside a separate room entered with automatic doors. The staff are super friendly, Suzanne and Andrew were giving some really good recommendations. Supreme service and would recommend to anyone.

The LCBO website shows 2 bottles at this location and there were 2 bottles available when I showed up. This bottle was a recommendation by a friend as an alternative to a late harvest or ice wine.

Beer store looks cool. Almost too many selections - the downside is no one would help you to choose. Customer experience could be better. No selections from China, FYI.

Clean, organized. Friendly staff.
