More of a PSA than a rating of the entire place. This frozen root beer gimmic they have going on.. don't do it. A small was 3.44 and it's like you went to a corner store and bought a freezer burnt slushie. Literally, a corner store slushie would be better actually, and you would get a massive size for the same price. Just don't do it.

Waited for them to open only to be told at 7:02 that they would need another 5-6 mins before they could even open, let alone take my order and start the food. Maybe their employees shouldn't show up 5 minutes before their shift out smoking cigarettes. Ridiculous

The girls up front are so welcoming and laughy it’s like their a family, making sure you feel welcome. i was in a bad mood going in, due to circumstances and the two glasses girls were joking around and such and it just brighten my entire rainy day!

I ordered a Beyond Burger without any side order or drink at 9:41pm on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Order number was 270 & Cashier was O.... I seen that employees were cleaning since they were preparing to close at 10pm. I said to the Cashier that I promise I won't make any mess so that she had to clean again & she thanked me for that. I worked in Food industry & Retail Management for many years so I get the idea. Couple of minutes later another employee came out from the Kitchen & rudely told me that I can not eat in the restaurant & food must be in a bag to go. I was shocked the way this employee approched me & pretty much ordered me to leave the restaurant with food.

Great experience!Having just left BK due to inattentive and inactive staff we came to A&W and were immediately served by a smiling attendant.Our food was great and the service was quick. The server was kind to my 4 year old. Staff quickly responded when we spilled some water.Thank you!

So, I'll start with the wins. Their new root beer sweet cream smoothie thing is the best thing they've ever put out. Unbelievably delicious. I also very much enjoy their chicken sandwich, and it's quality is fairly consistent. New location is small, but tidy and clean.A few pieces of feedback - they have the potential to have the most delicious onion rings, but they put way too much of the seasoning salt on them. The ones we had tonight were actually to the point of being inedible. I was also shocked at the pricing - I had a combo with a sandwich, onion rings and a smoothie thing. My husband had just a basic burger and our bill was nearly $30 which seems crazy to me. We will be more cautious next time of what we order.

Yelling at staff about taking to long so everyone can hear. Mess in the dinning area and you pay 17 for a buger with one piece of bacon broke in half. Do better....

Worst experience ever!! The store was dirty, had to get a cloth and clean my own table! Our order took forever, the bun on my burger was dried out on the edges, our burgers looked like they were thrown together. The supervisor was screaming and using profanity. There were kids in there!! We were not the only customers shocked about the screaming and cursing!!

The best fast food customer service ever! The lady at the counter yesterday did amazing in making everyone she served smile from within! Her friendly and welcoming tone made my day and I couldn’t help but told my husband how great she was as soon as I went back to my seat!
