Real World Kids OT
I attended an online webinar that Sarah did on sleep and autism and it was fantastic! Sarah is such a great presenter - well organized and easy to listen to. The session was packed with great information and practical tips that we could apply right away. I loved how she incorporated both her expertise as an occupational therapist and as a sleep coach. The information on the sensory component of sleep was particularly helpful for me. I was able to start using some of her sleep suggestions that night and within a week we’ve already been noticing a difference in overall calmness at bedtime.

Sarah brings passion and extensive knowledge into her work. She supports children to achieve their goals and encourages the family to work and learn together, which results in amazing growth. She is supportive of the needs of neurodiverse children and their caregivers in a way that brings families closer together. She is an incredible source of knowledge and support!
