I called my insurance company and they sent Evitt to come drill my lock off the downstairs door. I could of done that, we wanted the door unlocked. They just assumed we rented and the landlord would replace. Thanks now we have to go buy a new lock. The service sucked as they never asked to break the lock off but they did say goodbye and to tell the landlord about the handle

Great experience with these guys. I called for a quote and Sean ended up being able to come right out.He installed 2 new outlets, fixed one that was wired to a switch needlessly, and installed a third outlet inline with the repaired one. He was in and out within 90 minutes, and after receiving the bill about a week later, I was really happy with the overall cost.Sean was professional, courteous, friendly, prompt and helpful with any questions I had. I'll be using Evitt for any electrical work in the future.

Been there a few times for oddball keys and the service is 2nd to none. Both times no other establishments could help me. They took the time trying and tried several until they found the right one both times. You'll spend more on gas after going to the other places. Then having to go there anyway. Top shelf service. Also I noticed other key cutters their keys are difficult to insert and engage cause they rush and don't de-burr it enuff. These guy actually care and take the time to offer good home town service. 5 stars all the way. #1 in Alberni

These guys are great. I stopped in as I had googled key cutting and had them made. Their store had a lot of product and I'd go back for lighting etc. Then I saw they had licenced electricians and used them for some electrical work. Solved the issue right away. Top marks, I'll use them again.

Phoned from Tofino, before I drove to Port Alberni. Needed keys cut to our sliding door, that guest's had lost out spares. The person on the phone from Evitt Electric assured me, yes they have the correct blank for that. So I drove out, (3 hour round trip.) Very nice young lady cut me 2 new keys, I explained that our hardware store cannot cut these keys, for the patio door, they did not have the correct blank. Well got home and YUP, you guessed it... New keys did NOT work!! I sent an email, NO reply, no call NOTHING!!! Not impressed :-(
