Had a great experience with the owner here when I needed to return a purse. It was easy, no issue at all. I would highly recommend 11 Street Boutique for it's great customer service and friendly, helpful staff. Very refreshing to see during these difficult times.:). PS: Am loving my replacement purse:)

11 Street Boutique is one of my favorite places to shop! I have had nothing but excellent in-person experiences at the store, and they also have a great selection online as well. The owner, Erica, is super helpful in giving size recommendations for online purchases. Erica is attentive and helpful, and she does a great job at curating pieces for the boutique. I can't say enough great things about 11 Street!

I love the clothes at this boutique so much! I work in the hydrostone and it makes my day to come down and pay a visit. The staff are very friendly, always there to help, and the owner is such a wonderful person. It makes me more than happy to support local when the owner is a down to earth and kind person!
