Selected them for the Greener Homes Grant in 2021. Waited 6 months and they didn’t contact me. Tried emailing and they didn’t reply. A few months later received a message that they were no longer servicing my area and I have had to start over with another company.

In December I emailed her about finalizing our Greener homes inspection, she emailed me back for some info, then I didn't hear from her again. We had a reno coming this spring and we needed her to come back and finalize before we started, which she knew about. Finally called to follow up after sending another email with no response and got told she was too busy to do it and someone else can do the final inspection, she wasn't taking on any more work. Of course I contact another local company to be told they don't make a habit of picking up business from someone who didn't pick them in the first place.Very disappointed in her communication. Why would she not plan to complete both inspections? We may now be out $4000 or now have to push our reno ahead to next year, which leaves me with very disappointed children. Do not recommend. And one of her 5 star reviews is actually from the business owner herself.
