Phyllis is one of the best RMT in town. Professional skills, friend personality, quiet and comfortable environment, flexible schedule and more importantly, Phyllis knows how to fix my lower back pain and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I remember my first treatment - I was very tired and my muscles were very tight. Fortunately, I got the help from Phyllis. After the treatment, I felt much better right away. She also took the time to talk to me, and taught me some relaxation techniques and healthy habits. Her massage does not only relieve the tightness of my muscles, but also make me feel more relaxed. I would say, Phyllis is not only a RMT, she treats patients as a friend and applies different techniques based on my needs, putting my health and wellness first.

I have been going to Phyllis for over a year. When I need an RMT, Phyllis is the only person that I go to. She helped me with my neck/back and shoulder pain and she is so good at what she does. I have only been working with Phyllis for a few weeks, but have completely convinced she's the right therapist for me. I first visited Phyllis after a very stressful work week and I was in need for a deep tissue massage. The experience was awesome so I quickly booked two other appointments for before and after my 10K race. As someone with chronic shoulder and neck pain, and a long distance runner, I have worked with quite a few RMTs and consider myself very picky in choosing my therapist. Phyllis is very knowledgeable in her field, appropriately adjusts her technique and focus based on different needs I had, and also has great bedside manner and provides awesome customer service.
