Easy to assemble furniture, got a great price. My item was going to be back ordered but they were willing to work with me and provide me with an alternative that made me quite happy. Pick up was really fast, easy and a great experience. Will be back for all my future home deco needs! 5 stars.

I just to take a moment and thank Carly from JYSK for helping a small business. We desperately needed a table for our little boutique and there were nine in stock. Carly contacted her manager and asked if we could possibly take the floor model! Thanks again Carly for going above and beyond!!! We got so many great items that helped make our business cozy on a budget!!

The staff is always very helpful and courteous at JYSK in Thunder bay. I was there today and Gurleen was polite and wished me a great day. I really enjoy shopping there.

Terrible customer service. I bought a couch and payed to have it delivered. Delivery came and they left it stuck in the door so i was unable to close the door and told me it wouldn’t fit. I called the store and they told me i’d have to pay another $70 to have it returned. I hired a different mover who came in and got the couch in the house no problem. I called jysk to get my delivery money back- because they didn’t bother to actually deliver the couch and left me with an open front door for 3 hours. I was met with a store manager saying “oh my god” and sighing under his breath. Told me i’m paying for a product and not customer service, when infact i did pay $70 for a service on top of the thousand dollar couch. Very condescending and unprofessional.

Jysk has an excellent customer service. Renard was very helpful and pleasant. He took time to guides us around the store.
